I dunno, it seems she was parented very badly. Yes if all of a sudden her distant and uninterested mum was caring and present she may well have kicked off about it but it seems a lot of her behaviour was a response to the general middle-class negligence she experienced growing up. So maybe if they were close it would have been different. We all just want our parents to love us.

I don't think Lily is revealing her "kink" to get ahead of potential tabloid gotchas. I think it's all part of her exhibitionism and craving for male attention. Same with her competing with Miquita when they were younger - she just HAD to have whoever her supposed best friend fancied.
I remember an edition of The Big Fat Quiz Of The Year where she blabbed about possibly being pregnant (turned out she was, I think) then joked that nah, "you can't get pregnant if you do it in the bum" which had Russell bleeping Brand sleazing all over her and she loved it because she was the Queen of male attention.
If she was really over all that, she would just shut up and not be bringing her current relationship into it.

It's because the sex worker is literally a professional, you negotiate what you want, you pay them and they won't run to the Daily Mail to try and cash in afterwards.
That’s really sad. What a weird limbo land they live in, zero intimacy or genuine connection in those exchanges but also in exchanges with people who they don’t pay leaves them vulnerable to exposure or fake friends, lovers, partners etc.
And even with sex workers, loads have gone to the media about their exploits with the famous folks

There isn’t a joy in it but it’s about finding something and connecting - drugs, sex and booze early stages and trying to understand it from a non ND space is hard but honestly hearing her now is amazing - I can appreciate that when you don’t know - you look for validation and highs without factoring in the reality. I love that Lilly is in a good place (that we can see). Because those lows are so low - internally and ethically - and searching for the highs to take you away from yourself. The more you can support in the early stages ..DO IT, IT IMBEDS IN YOUR SOUL.

I think she likes a man who seems older and fatherly for sure…I don’t think she’s with him exclusively for security but put it this way - I don’t think she’d be with him if he wasn’t well-off. It was a big draw for her after being the breadwinner and living beyond her means.
