I don't think she's a witch or a bleep I do think she is clueless though. Her whole family are as even if she is burying her head in the sand why doesn't her mum, dad, sister, bloody nan say something? Or bloody Rhod for that matter!!!
I'm verging on the side of she does know but isn't saying anything. Not every SEN parent needs to have an insta page about a SEN child. I hope she does keep it private but that would mean she would have to stop showing him and she won't.

I’m hoping to god it’s the case that she’s just staying quiet about the specifics of River’s SEN… surely no one could miss what’s going on with him? Even if she’s daft enough to think it’s just down to every kid going at their own pace, he goes to nursery, she has a sister and parents… someone must have raised it, surely? Like watching that reel, it’s just too obvious.

Children are content to these people. That's the reality. I don't share my child on social media because she cannot consent, there are weirdos out there & not everything needs documenting on social media. She isn't keeping anything private because she's just shared a painfully upsetting interaction with her child, to thousands of people. The poor wee love looks terrified at one point & you cannot watch that video & think she is anything other than totally clueless, or that she is aware but just doesn't care. Either way, it isn't good. She is a bleep for sharing that & waffling on about how SHE felt seeing him in a big brother jumper. Holy good duck, she's meant to be a grown woman & she thinks she's in some kind of fairytale. She is a self absorbed twit, who frankly needs to wake the duck up & pull her head out of her a & help her beautiful little boy. But she won't. & the people around her obviously aren't saying anything. The husband hasn't any balls either. It's actually a joke. Some people are so irresponsible & selfish & of course, that's absolutely fine if that's how you wish to go through life but it is not fine when you inflict that selfishness & lack of responsibility onto an innocent child.

Surely, surely she can’t think that his development (or lack of) is normal? It’s not even just a case of “they all do it in their own time” anymore. Him in that reel, he has about the same communication if not less than my 1 year old. It’s also the monotonous tone of the noises, it sounds like he’s stimming.

If Jade was aware that she had a sen child she would milk every last drop out of it for content. She's just too thick and self absorbed to realise that there's an issue there with her son that needs fighting for for investigation. Trying to get recognition and a diagnosis takes effort. Something Jade isn't keen on.

I don’t think she’s aware. And if she does, posting videos of River like the latest one with his lack of speech/interaction and him just looking scared is just cruel. He shouldn’t be subjected to that. He didn’t consent to be plastered all over the internet

I wouldn’t normally comment on children’s development as they are all so different & we only see snippets, however that reel is concerning. My 18month old niece is more animated than that poor little boy. I have no doubt she loves him but I don’t think she realise how much he may be behind whether that is because he has a condition or is just delayed as some children are. Is the play school she says he goes to basically nursery if so then hopefully they will be helping & giving guidance. Once baby 2 is here she will be in for a big shock especially if that baby is an animated baby. She also needs to go see dr about contraception just because it took a while to conceive the first one doesn’t automatically mean the same for baby no 2

If it wasn't Jade I would say that normalising SEN is a good thing. She doesn't need to announce anything. River is who he is. SEN doesn't have to be his whole personality.
Unfortunately it's Jade though so I can't say that. Because she's a dope and that probably isn't the case.

“Being pregnant with a toddler is just another level” yeh jade, my son turned 3 in Feb, I’m 33 weeks pregnant and work 8-5:30 4 times a week and leave the house at 6:45am to drop my son off and get to work by 8am. You’re delusional

From watching Jade keep posting a few videos of River stimming, I actually don’t think she is aware he has additional needs. Especially from the Q&A last week about saying she doesn’t worry about milestones and they all get there in their own time.
My daughter is 4 months older than River and I’ve known she is autistic since around 18 months. I’ve done all the early intervention offered to me, plus paid for private speech therapy once a week since she was 2.5 using her DLA money and she has come on leaps and bounds with speech, interaction etc.
I know for a fact if I was in denial or oblivious she wouldn’t be at the development stage that she is now.
Some children do need additional support with things in order to thrive, it’s worrying and scary but they say early intervention is key and I really do believe it!

You sound like an amazing mum, your little girl is lucky to have you fighting for her. Makes me even more infuriated at Jade though! I still can’t work out if she is completely in denial or if she is genuinely that daft and out of touch she just doesn’t see it? You’re absolutely right, Early Intervention is key, all the evidence supports that. The window for making decent progress especially regarding communication is getting smaller and smaller the longer she doesn’t address it.

It makes me so angry that she seems to be oblivious. Like you, I’ve known since about 18months that my wee one had additional needs. Unfortunately I had an absolutely shocking HV who kept brushing me off and telling me it was lockdown and he was stimming because “he could” wtf!! and then just stopped having anything to do with us. It was only when we started nursery that people started listening to me and taking me seriously. It was a horrendous time and honestly I ended up on medication. He’s now thriving and coming on leaps and bounds BUT we could have been so much further on if people had listened.
The fact she is oblivious is actually scary to how much Rivers development will be impacted

She would do well to get herself off Instagram, stop sharing crappy Temu links, stop preening herself and doing videos of her with that ridiculous face vibrator and focus all her energy on helping her child. Poor wee soul is going to be even more at a disadvantage when there’s a new baby taking up his parents’ energy 😞

Id be worried if the only I can pay for a failed MOT was playing stupid games to try and earn money. It’s embarrassing even admitting it tbh.

My youngest was diagnosed ASD just before his 4th birthday. I hope for her sake she’s just not saying anything as we rightly don’t need to shout from the rooftops however I just don’t think she has a clue.

Video of River today is sweet, happiest I’ve ever seen him look
Bit sad hearing her neice chattering away though when she's fraction of his age. I had boys who had speech delays but they were very vocal in their own way, it was just that other ppl couldn't understand them so I had to translate but River seems to be so so quiet :( I know kids can be non verbal but I think the neice has a lot more input compared to River

I find the constant Temu links and paypal screenshots very embarrassing. She doesn’t work, wears expensive make up and has a weekly H&M delivery, but is pretty much begging for people to click the links.

Cant afford her mot but has another child coming..

Sounds about right for Jade Beb logic. She's always been the same. Screaming poverty but going on holiday abroad and constantly buying clothes and make up, all on 4 hours a week at Asda. Her parents probably foot the bill as they always have done
