I’m not sure there’s much point speculating whether he jumped intending to die, jumped intending to land on his feet, overbalanced, tripped or lost consciousness tbh (also, when people faint, it isn’t guaranteed that they crumple downwards).

It sounds like there were eyewitnesses, and certainly quite a few people who witnessed the lead up to the fall, so it will probably come out in time. Presumably the Argentine system carries out inquests or similar?

I’ve read he was escorted back to his room, was he being confined in there by staff? If so, I could imagine he wasn’t happy about it and tried to escape over the balcony. Purposely jumping to inflict harm is plausible too I think, as he wouldn’t necessarily go feet first, depending on how he pulled himself up and over the barrier.
The person who made the emergency call must’ve been concerned about his welfare / the balcony for a bigger reason than drunk and disorderly I think?

I can’t remember the wording but I’m sure the caller mentioned that they were concerned he was going to hurt himself.

I think it was probably that went out for a smoke, maybe climbed up to sit on the edge. Overbalanced from being high/drunk and toppled over, a mistake that cost him.

I did wonder if, in his rage, he was trying to throw something over the balcony (given he was trashing the room) and maybe lost balance?

Either way, the alleged events leading up to his death will be traumatic for his family to hear.

It's completely acceptable stop moaning, it's okay to snark on celebs rest of time but not because they are dead, it's actually best time to as they can't sue you.

I don't know him whilst it's sad for his friends and family that's who it should be sad for, People really need to stop wallowing in pity for someone who didn't know they exists death.

Yes, I read similar. I think a typical reaction to someone acting out aggressively and smashing things up under the influence would be fear, you’d want the police there and to have them removed ASAP for your own / your coworkers / other guests safety. The caller asking for medical and the concerns for Liam’s welfare over everyone else is quite telling I feel.

It would be very easy to fall over that balcony if you’re off your head. i worked a season in Magaluf about 13/14 years ago and the amount of people that fell from their balcony is staggering, from being too drunk, being on drugs, climbing on to it or over it.. and when you’re not in sound mind you don’t even realise just how dangerous it can be.
We will probably never know the truth but look at the amount of drug paraphernalia in that room. Not surprised the hotel staff were concerned about him.

Either way it doesn’t matter, a young lad has died and no amount of speculation can change that.

You could have a video of a person being eaten alive by a crocodile and the top comments will be ‘did they have the vaccine tho?’.
