Prince didn't have children though. I think when someone has a child, then the money automatically goes to them (held in trust until they are of age) if there's no will. I would imagine that a multimillionaire like Liam would have been encouraged to write a will, he would have had an accountant and a financial advisor.

And Cheryl would have probably made sure he arranged that. Also when he did speak about Bear it seems he always said everything was his. So I assume a will may have been done. Maybe some to his family as well.

Suppose we may never know. So sad for the parents and his son that they’ll possibly never know for sure if he jumped or just fell. I think if you were doing it deliberately and were only on the 3rd floor, maybe you’d go head first to ensure maximum damage.

You can’t just fall off a balcony without behaving stupidly in some way. They are designed to prevent you falling off them if you are simply stood on the balcony. Even if you were stood against the barrier & fainted, your body would crumple downwards. Balconies are high enough that they would block you from falling backwards over it!

Obviously, if you are sitting on the edge or leaning over in a stupid way, then over you go. If he was a high as it appeared, I imagine he would do something daft. The lighter & mobile would be in his pockets, the bottle of whiskey .. I presume he was holding & drinking

The fact he fell head first is quite indicative of it being accidental, supported by the extensive head injury. When people purposefully jump or walk off a ledge they go feet first, so the lower body receives the worst impact - still can be fatal of course.

I think it was probably that went out for a smoke, maybe climbed up to sit on the edge. Overbalanced from being high/drunk and toppled over, a mistake that cost him.
