Trinny is definitely cool, totally agree. She also seems aware of her privilege and manages not to come across as smug, pretentious or patronising.

DB’s money is not smoke and mirrors. She’s very wealthy. Her husband calls himself a film director but it looks like he’s only ever made a couple of features which flopped and live off of her money. I like her though. Her lifestyle is clearly fabulous and she’s talented, but she never seems braggy about it?

It's insane and so incredibly selfish. Yet she wangs on about the recyclable packaging her latest gifted face oil/dress/party stuff is wrapped in. LIKE THAT MAKES ANY DIFFERENCE AT ALL GIVEN HER LIFESTYLE. Sorry to shout. The hypocrisy is off the chart and makes me so cross.

And they all do it. Laura flying back and forth to Italy all summer and then cooing over a friend's new company which - hey! - uses recyclable tissue paper! It's utterly sickening.

Fascinating re DB. Although for me, buying a house in a expensive part of london, even if small, with an inheritance is classed as super wealthy. It’s a world I cannot relate to at all.
