With a rumour floating on tik tok that court is potentially happening in April to decide if the kids are to be taken off her

She’s either lied to the finance company and that’s why she said she has a part time job and put a large deposit down or she’s paying through the roof as the APR will be extortionate.
I’m assuming her kids don’t get high rate PIP otherwise she would be driving around in a brand new car from mobility

She would probably be getting high rate care for all 3 but the disability side you can’t claim untill there 5.
