Lmao... stuck on your screen! Yikes. But at least it's just a picture and you don't have to hear the fake accent to go with it.
I also didn't think all of her advice was terrible (some was though). In terms of budgeting and money (in those moving videos and also some of the cooking videos) I think it's weird to lay out exactly how much each grocery item costs... 3 cents for black pepper (for some reason I think she was using dollars instead of Euros? Was that Australian dollars or American dollars?). She could have just said something like I spend about xxx weekly on groceries, about xxx on going out, xxx on traveling, and here's how much my rent and utilities cost when I was living in this size place or whatever. I have seen a lot of vloggers who do this in Korea and Japan, and the expat community here talks about it often with people who are looking for jobs or considering moving here. I know that wasn't the point of the cooking video. The cooking chicken and potatoes video reminded me of going to a friend's house to cook dinner, but not in any way that you'd want to film it.
It was weird for me that K complains about all the haters and says she'd much rather make a cultural piece than tell people about how she moved to Italy, but her channel seems to be riddled with these "move to Italy" type videos that obviously have a lot of views. If you're going to tell people how to move to Italy at least own up to it and don't pretend that's not what you want to be doing. There isn't anything wrong with it inherently, it's just cringey when she pretends it's such a chore.
Kylie, if you're reading this... good on ya for showing yourself wearing a mask.
