Anyone else think this is strange?
It’s a boy…. Who caresAnd did you see the glimpse of the blue spotty vest in the corner. It’s like the pregnancy all over again. Hinting but going mad when people commented about it. Now hinting it’s a boy and will do the same again. I thought boy anyway when she posted how the BF was ‘emotional’ when he found out the sex.
Sorry guys I was having a bad day and didnt realise she was talking abiut dressing modestly I thought she was being difficult because we had no long sleeved shirts available and of course the event was time sensitive, I was have a stressful day girlbossing, Im so sorryTbh I wonder if she will respond? How do you excuse that …
Girl I’m not messing, I remember the old collections are they were UNREAL. And decent prices. Long gone are the days of Krissy wanting every woman wanted feeling her best no matter what - I cannot get over the prices now and that women literally spend hundreds if not thousands on it. Is Evolve still a thing?at least the pieces i have from oner are good quality, so for me that's already worth it, rather than something you'd have to throw out quickly.
Yeah reckon so. No bday celebration with him and posted a story at home alone last night saying ‘solitude’ then deleted it this morning!Have her and Brett broken up? I would have thought she’d post seeing him again or something
back when I was starting out in fitness and was naive enough to take influencers words as gospel, I purchased an influencer's (not Krissys) booty guide (I know, makes me cringe too). I was so disappointed to see that it was literally 4x10 of like 5 leg exercises in a workout. I could have easily written that even at that early stage in my fitness journey and I was so upset that I wasted my money on something I could've done myself. Now I unfollowed most fitness influencers and followed credible accounts like Coach Mark Carroll. Changed my life.Yeah but things don't need to be continuously changed to work, change rep ranges, number of sets, exercise variation eventually but no need to mix it up all the time. It's not like the influencers have anything revolutionary in their programs, I've seen tons of their pdf guides and they're all the same pretty much. Same exercises, same number of sets, reps etc. Waste of money
The ridiculous thing is she’s doing those RDLs with 25lb dumbbells - that’s about 13kg in each hand. I’m much less muscular and much smaller and I RDL 65/70kg. I don’t know why she acts like she’s a power lifter it cracks me up!!I've done some leg workouts in my time but I have never felt the need to shimmy my arse about like that, but maybe that's just me
I give it a few months plus one until she's banging on about letting go of what doesn't serve you, don't let a relationship hold you back bla bla blaI give it a few months until she calls the new guy "the love of my life"
it annoys me when she says burnt out - she uses it far to flippantly. burn out is a serious medical problem, not just feeling a bit run down and not fancying working outIs Krissy in a relationship with Brett or with her arse? Also, if she practiced what she constantly preaches about not letting fitness become an obsession and not your whole life then she wouldn't even have gone to the gym if she felt tired. What happened to rest is important? Why did she even go to the gym in the first place to begin with? But I think in the past she has actually forced herself to exercise when her body is clearly saying no. I don't think someone with a relationship with exercise as toxic as hers should be promoting her over-vigilant and obsessive fitness habits. It's a actual disorder.
