I'm genuinely curious if anyone has tried her brand, I haven't because the cost 🙃 but I'm curious about the quality and if its all as good as she says it is. Everything she releases she says the same thing, has been worked on for 2yrs, quality like no other, etc.
If you have Facebook, there’s a group called “Oner Active UNFILTERED” and has sooo many posts about how the clothes fit etc! A lot of people there who used to love Krissy and Oner are really fed up. Also saw one girl say she’s spent €2300 in a year on Oner LOL

@amyy It won't let me quote your post for some reason but have you not seen one of her most recent vlogs where she shows how to make a toasty? Clear interest in nutrition with elite recipes like that 😂 Includes trying to work out how to slice bread 🤦‍♂️

Cringing at her latest reel - you can tell how many hours this girl has spent admiring her body in the mirror from every angle imaginable.

I am interested in her app as there is a sale right now but does she have any PT qualifications at all?
Think she has L3 but has no "actual" experience of being a coach, never worked on a gym floor, just writes programs that people buy and then calls herself a coach. And from what she's said in the past, lots of other coaches are involved in writing it. So she's not even capable of putting together a fitness program for her own app independently. I hope this is indicative of her (lack of) credibility as a coach. Don't let booty transformations fool you into thinking these programs are any good.

Not saying that she's fat, but is she trying to hint at a baby bump in her latest stories. I don't think she is preggers, just wants to create speculation.

I don't blame her
I blame all the ridiculous people calling her "my trainer" just because they work out with her app, making debts by using Klarna in order to be able to afford oner Active stuff.

Most of this ladies have horrible technique and are gonna injury themselves very soon.

Also I tried to write this in one of their group ofc they all got triggered and say that is not true

I don't get why she has to pull down half her shorts to show off her abs, it's so shallow. We all know she's just got good genetics and most of the gen pop won't look like this. And if she says looks are so unnecessary then whats the justification for constantly showing off her arse and abs

Why is thefoodmedic giving her time of day to appear on her podcast?

I find Krissy totally fake. She's inarticulate (yes she's Albanian but from living in the UK since she was young you'd expect her to be more articulate than she actually is) and claims to not be the diet culture-y trainer that focuses on aesthetics yet she uses her own body to market her plans (using physique/flexing videos ew) as well as weight loss/toned up transformations. She's clearly tying the promise of a 'better' image to her plans, and of course, insecure girls desperate for a bum and a small waist are throwing cash at her. As someone with massive influence I expected her to set a better example - clearly she's just another Instagram influencer who uses her physique to sell plans. And apparently she doesn't treat the T+S ambassadors very well, saw it on youtube somewhere.
I didnt know who she was until listening to steven bartletts podcast with her and she said how people just think she sticks her butt out and theres no substance to her

Went to her insta and she does that a lot, so what does she think people will say? Lol

What has she done to her lips??

Really don’t understand why women have botox, especially when they don’t need it

Thank you so much because Les Mills was the other app I was thinking about. I find apps really work for me because I like to switch off and follow the instructure.
No worries! It got my bum off the sofa during lockdown and since then cancelled my gym membership I hardly used.
I now work out 4 times a week and actually enjoy working out. I did get the equipment but you don’t have to. There are cheaper alternatives you can get, if you want to try classes. Definitely worth the £8 a month ☺

Whenever I see her socials, it's always next big thing that people won't believe she's going to do.

And it just turns out it's either same fitness plans or same clothes as everyone else. How much do people think you can do with leggings to make them different, well apart from pulling them up your crack.

The schools work might be good but will she get bored of it.
She always seems a bit lost to me - everything she does is the ‘biggest and best idea’ she’s ever had and she’s so passionate about it, it’s what she was put on this earth to do, it’s her mission etc and then somewhere down the line it’s on to the next thing. I get that everyone is constantly evolving and that’s life but I swear she stepped back from EvolveYou as CEO or whatever to focus on Oner and now she’s stepped back from her CEO title at Oner to focus on the schools thing?
