In what wayI met krissy at the octopus book event on Friday for her new book I was a fan until meeting her in real life… kinda disappointed but she’s definitely not what is portrayed on socials
Wonder if that’s the ‘news’ today… 🥱I see they’re changing the name of Tone and Sculpt
Isnt tone and sculpt the name of the other american app? Is that what the law suit was about?Wonder if that’s the ‘news’ today… 🥱
she leaked this name herself about a week ago when she was showing a powerpoint of work stuff, blurred out the new logo but showed the nameLooks like this is the new name
Ahh I missed that!she leaked this name herself about a week ago when she was showing a powerpoint of work stuff, blurred out the new logo but showed the name
the constant body checking is too much for me, it's ALL she cares about, how she looks rather than her physical well being. It is toxic AFGlad that her app has been renamed to something more holistic, too bad it's not being reflected in the founder's constant toxic body checking and What I eat in a Day posts on instagram. Not to mention the eye f**cking in the mirror every time she "teases" a new Oner sample.
I thought so too! It also sounds like a copy of Hanna Oberg’s app which is called Own You.i’m glad she renamed but Evolve You just sounds so weird to me, she’s clearly spent a lot of time on this just to pick something that sounds so awkward imo, might have been better as just Evolve
Agree, however she's never really been great with her words has she. Recently I somehow find her saying "in alignment" a LOT and for some reason it really grinds my gears. The phrasing isn't wrong per se but the way she uses it in her speech and writing makes it feel grammatically awkward and not fluent. Same goes for Evolve You. Even if it was Evolve Yourself that might've been a less awkward (but also less snappy) way of putting it.i’m glad she renamed but Evolve You just sounds so weird to me, she’s clearly spent a lot of time on this just to pick something that sounds so awkward imo, might have been better as just Evolve
I have it and use it religiously, it's really good to be fair and I feel like it works me hard. It's nice to go in the gym and not think about what to do, I just go in and do it. I've never been so consistent with the gym before I had it.Does anyone know if the evolve you app as it’s now called is worth the money? I know how to make my own workout plans but sometimes nice to have someone else do it for you. I feel like £15.50 is a lot of money a month for something I can do for free..
I think if you have the money to spend, don't invest it in any "instagram influencer" program. They're not tailored to you, it's a cookie cutter plan. I'd recommend either investing in a knowledgable instagram coach (highly recommend Sohee Lee's stuff - she's honest, not full of toxic BS and genuinely has a holistic approach to health outside of booty transformations, another I'd recommend is anakaticfitness, but there are loads online) or a personalised one who's going to give you personalised guidance. Please do your research and remember that having a blue tick + lots of followers does not = better coach. I don't have evolve you app but I've seen the workouts and really struggle to see how Krissy can claim this took 8 months to put together...I'm not a certified coach but have spent years training in the gym and I could (and have!) put together a plan like this in a weekend. Progressive overload and exercise selection aren't complex concepts if you're genuinely bothered to learn and research about it.Does anyone know if the evolve you app as it’s now called is worth the money? Think she has L3 but has no "actual" experience of being a coach, never worked on a gym floor, just writes programs that people buy and then calls herself a coach. And from what she's said in the past, lots of other coaches are involved in writing it. So she's not even capable of putting together a fitness program for her own app independently. I hope this is indicative of her (lack of) credibility as a coach. Don't let booty transformations fool you into thinking these programs are any good.I am interested in her app as there is a sale right now but does she have any PT qualifications at all?
