So depressing that Sian’s photo is a posed influencer photo taken solely to increase her engagement and taken on a trip she went on with two strangers with the main motivation of “generating content” and promoting each other’s accounts. She could legitimately write off the cost of her stranger danger cruise as a business expense incurred in “growing her brand”.

Compare with the other two photos, which are children or a family enjoying a holiday.

The girls and Callum went on the cruise together first, one of the trips next year is a family trip.
By this logic are you suggesting that adults should never have a trip away without their kids?

If they are doing florida without the kids I'd say its a bit much. Imagine being a child and your parents going to see Mickey without you.

Actually, you begin to verge into safeguarding challenges don't you? It's not just GDPR, it's more than that. Not only are her patients vulnerable, they are also young. I would not be thrilled to have her involved in my child's care.

Funny you should say this because after the last DLP vlog where she talked about just fitting the time off in between shifts (rather than using annual leave), I had thought it was a bit irresponsible. She even vlogged the last part of the journey home saying she was exhausted and had to go to work the next day. Surely it’s your responsibility to be well rested when lives are at stake? My partners job involves him being responsible for lives and there is an industry wide practice where if you even get woken up by something in the night before your shift you can phone up and say you aren’t rested enough. But to do a full blown Disney holiday (I know it was only a few days) and then rock up to work first thing after getting home late the night before, just feels a bit selfish to me.

I was on twitter earlier and I follow a lot of Disney accounts, it popped up accounts to follow and there was krappilyeveraft. A brief scroll down the no longer active page you get a sense of why she might struggle to make non Disney connections.

Also, as I had time on my hands (night shift break) I took a brief look at the followers and Dullum doesn’t follow, nor is he followed by Sians family. I wonder if there’s been a spat down the line hence why it’s all one sided with his family?

i mean this isn’t a rave thread, but aren’t we reaching a bit here?

im on Twitter, like the rest of my family, I’m certain I don’t follow all my family members, they don’t all follow me. It’s used that infrequently (like when Facebook or Instagram go down) that it’s a bit irrelevant.

It’s a day later and I’m still struggling with thrifty Sian spending £74 on four baubles and a mug! Particularly when she bought two of the baubles for herself purely because she was buying the girls one each (for the famous occasion of advent-eve) and Callum didn’t like any of them. She’s spent more on those four baubles than most people spend on a Christmas tree!

I didn’t realise she was 6ft tall for us to get the pov we do! Also as for experiencing “your trip through your eyes not your screens”… says a lot for someone who’s phone is permanently glued to her hand in every single vlog.

maybe she should remember this when Gollum is made to take a million photos of her awkward arse posing in every basic position so she has content and her poor kids are made to wait until they have the perfect shot.

It is crazy just how much consumerism can get under someone's skin. Don't get me wrong, I love a splurge but it's almost like some people have to prove they're the biggest of fan of something by splashing cash they might not even have. Are we supposed to be impressed she's spent that much money on something purely ornamental? If it was just for her, why show it all over insta? The old spending habits are coming back, I see.

Disney is brilliant at this, they are amazing at getting people to spend excessive amounts of money on merchandise. Take the baubles. They are massively overpriced for what they are but they have a complete range of every princess so everybody can have their favourite. Then they slightly change the design every year so they are “collectables”. Even if you bought one last year you have to buy another one this year to show you’re still a fan. Then they licence cheaper retailers to make budget versions (that have to be lower quality) so everybody can have Disney but if you are a “real fan” you have to get the premium version from the Disney store. This doubles Disney’s income stream whilst still appealing to the “real fans”. When the “real fans” see somebody else with the cheaper licenced version they feel smug that they have the “official” version, not ripped off that they spent four times the amount.

Disney is a monumental money making machine and they know how to rinse every last penny out of their fans.

It’s quite sad really that her happiness is on a boat away from her children …

On the cruise vlogs (with kids) she says that she can't remember a time she was this happy, but then remembers it was in WDW!

Why isn't she happy when she has two lovely children, a dog and a husband and they don't go without (despite what she says) she gets to go on numerous trips each year!
She should be happy every day!

But yeah what Protonnegative said. You can't monotize your life then be pissed when people comment on your lives. Sian chose to monitize her life, her children, her dog, her holidays and Her husband cause she wanted to feel special and loves attention.

People are nosy. But she put her life on camera to profit from exactly that. Why else does she think that people watch?
Now she's having a tantrum. Get over yourself and grow up.

I would go as far as to say that anybody who says the total cost of a holiday is just the cost of park tickets, flights/train, and hotel doesn’t understand budgeting at all.
