I dont agree with this at all. Being on only fans sure isn't for me but it is definitely not a factor in determining suitability as a parent. If that was the case there would be a tit ton of people without their kids. In fact B7J couldn't go back to either parent if that was the case!
Personally for me, earning money off that platform would be an instant no for me in a relationship - god knows why Michelle allows it but I dare say she loves the C list celeb life she seems to crave and enjoy being married to him.

Doing a reverse image search, the same items are available on lots of sites. Shein for example sells the set for £13, and Kieran sells it for £35!
I also noticed many of the names of the reviewers on Kit and Cub sounds Brazilian or german, which is unusual.
