100% you would and if you’re a nurse the NMC would probably strike you off the register. Doesn’t matter if you’re not in your uniform. I don’t think BA would take it lightly either tbh as it shows child abuse (no matter how much it’s dressed up or played down) which doesn’t reflect well on them. A member of their staff behaving like this calls into question their character. Does BA really want someone like that representing them?
We could be waiting a very long time for either of those things to happen….
Plus, that post you’ve referenced was made before all the drama of the last few weeks, a reaction in response to people on this thread having the audacity to question how the money was being used… it’s basically been crickets since F4J reported the GFM to police and then the whole thing was ‘paused’ and then completely shut down….

By the book to me if I was KH would look very differently regarding the GFM.
I would have sent "Sam" receipts of how the donations were being spent, in whatever way I could in an effort to show transparency and also because , well, strangers who have donated deserve that.
Also it would stop anybody thinking it was not being spent on legal services.

I'm not trying to cause arguments here but how do you know he is doing everything by the book? That Is you speaking for him and I am assuming u don't know him personally or have had a conversation about family court with him as it is private?? It is human nature to be curious about things....especially when they're shut down by strangers on a gossip forum? I haven't ever questioned the validity of the GFM, however as far as I am Aware KH has never pleaded poverty or said that he couldn't afford to go through the courts so I don't get why the fund was set up and then shrouded in secrecy.....? As I've said I'm not here to start arguments about a complete stranger who isn't even a public figure so forgive me if my post reads that way but everyone is entitled to an opinion on things that have been thrust into the public domain

You seem very angry about it being questioned did you having donate? Now realise in hindsight it was a nieve thing to do? If not why so angry, do you know Kieron is he a friend?
