He's not at work 24hrs a day, why cant she hand him baby and shower, baby wont be traumatised for life or starved from being away from her for half an hour... surely Alex would want one on one time and to give her a break?

I really loved her content but I just don't see the point in anything she uploads anymore. I get massive Lazy vibes from her too. Maybe that's mean of me as she could be struggling with motherhood but even before hand she didn't seem to do much.

Even if she just did chatty videos I'd watch them. I really enjoyed her meal times videos. She could do hair care videos, I love her boho style too. I think she really still has the potential to grow and seems to be throwing it away which is a huge shame.

Ohh I had no idea there was a thread for Kiera! I've been watching her for years and really do love her videos, find them so therapeutic to watch and I really enjoy her vegan content but I agree, the constant breastfeeding posts are a bit...much?

I've never had a baby or really been around them much but I'm at a point in my life with my bf where I'm thinking about them (probably a few years away still) and if you were to ask me what being a mother is like I'd have to say 90% of the time seems to be spent breastfededing???
There was one insta post that kind of rubbed me the wrong way, posted 21st June of Alex holding the baby and the caption had 'planting a teeny baby smooch on dads cheek...disappointed theres no nipple there' like idk if I'm reading too much into it and being too petty but not everything revolves around breastfeeding! Let Alex have a cuddle without mentioning her needing your boob!

Otherwise I really love her and thinks she's so beautiful (especially her tattoos) and being a mother really suits her

In her newest What I Ate video she says Lana doesn't want her nappy changing ... so she's come up with a way to pacify her. She lays baby on the floor, leans over her, sticks her boob in Lana's mouth while Alex is behind her changing the nappy.
Is it me, or is that bonkers? She says she can't change a nappy without Alex there! I'm sure most parents just persevere through their kid's tantrum, not give in so it means two people have to change a nappy and the mother looks like a cow (her words!)

I find it a bit idk odd I guess in her last video she said she’d love if her baby is never interested in social media but these days it feels inevitable....this is coming from the woman who is building a career off social media and making money from patreon etc seems a bit contradictory to me idk

Not seen the video but that is an odd thing to say when she's her job is social media, plus she's constantly posting pictures and videos of her baby online... So essentially she's conditioning her kid to pose for selfies for social media and learn what social media is from the day she was born... Soooo....

Ooohkay so at the end of her last video it lists all her patreons and she does 9 personal shout outs to. The personal shout out subscription is £15.50 a month, and even the basic sponsor is £4. 9 shoutouts = £139.50 and there were about 60 other names in the scrolling list so thats 240, so she makes £380 a month just from Patreon - i mean fairly play really if someones willing to pay it

Thing is Alex isn't safe to be left with the child or to work or to drive... I think it's time for Keira to pack it in, accept that she is alone in this parenting game and move back to her parents house so she can provide for her child and have help.
Also shocked to hear rent issues addressed, as most youtubers she should have been on a housing ladder by now, she's been doing it long enough. Its surprisingly irresponsible, I'd think someone like her would be trying to own a property, no matter how small or rundown, ASAP to have her crunchy crusty little corner where she can put up walls and stop the world coming in. And then trying for a nother kid.. shockingly irresponsible, what with Alex there. Who's going to help her?! Lord she has lost her mind since having the baby.

I think some influencers like Kiera kind of regress into their online personas? Like for example Kiera has said she's socially anxious etc before and because she's in her own little bubble of just making videos and going to her mum's house she's not really facilitating herself to improve?
She does have her photography business which seems to be going well and she shares client photos from time to time but it's clearly not bringing in much money if she's still struggling.
I've said before but Kiera really is one of the influencers I root for and I really like her but in some instances she doesn't help herself. She doesn't really do sponsored content does she? I wonder if the offers have dried up or if she thinks she's above accepting random brand deals?

Also, stating only the combination of „fatherly“ and „motherly“ instincts as „sacred“ is homophobic and a statement against reproductive rights of homosexual people.

What are you on about? Every single human being and animal on this planet has a mother and a father. This isn't "cis-het privilege" or whatever po-mo blue-hair nonsense you might want to subscribe to. Motherly and fatherly instincts aren't homophobic. That sort of stuff makes an absolute mockery of the LGB community (of which I'm a member) and turns people against us.
