In her newest What I Ate video she says Lana doesn't want her nappy changing ... so she's come up with a way to pacify her. She lays baby on the floor, leans over her, sticks her boob in Lana's mouth while Alex is behind her changing the nappy.
Is it me, or is that bonkers? She says she can't change a nappy without Alex there! I'm sure most parents just persevere through their kid's tantrum, not give in so it means two people have to change a nappy and the mother looks like a cow (her words!)

I don't really keep up with her anymore because I'm not interested in the baby (she used to be one of my favourite people to watch) but does she not work with brands like other influencers do? She has a decent amount of followers on insta and youtube, I don't understand why she doesn't try to make that work more? Unless she's against making money through social media in that way? Idk, she did mention she doesn't want her child to have social media when she grows up (which is fair but she literally made her own name on it)

Exactly this. I still don’t see why Kiera can’t go out and get a job. She’s not short of creative talent and could easily do marketing or something for a company! Even part time.

Watched the latest video- I really don't see her going far with Little Doe. Who dose it appeal to outside of her followers? She hasn't created the designs herself (logo etc.) and whilst I think some of the jewellery pieces are nice she's just ordering bits and putting them together. It may bring in a nice little sum but is never going to fully support them.

Regarding getting a job- she's needed to for a long time and has really dug herself in deep for that not being an option. I understand her anxiety must be bad but you can get CBT on the NHS which would support her with something like graded exposure to work on her anxiety and get to the point of being able to hold down a job. If she actually went for support and said "this is my goal and what I want to work on" I'm sure she'd do well. It is just plain laziness at this point

I think she's been heavily influenced by 'crunchy' parenting advocates. That Q and A where she suggested expectant mothers watch 'the business of being born', which is essentially a propaganda film about homebirth which would terrify a nervous mum. She was sharing some stuff about child trafficking last year which was very Qanon leading. The homeschool thing fits the narrative too.

Obvs homeschooling works for some families. But red flags of projecting her own issues onto Lana about schools and the fact that she doesn't seem to have much of a circle so Lana can socialise and make friends. To each their own and everything but I do think deciding your one year old will never go to school is just as sheeplike as crunchy parents think the traditional school route is.

There was also one asking her not to film with a crying baby in the background. It wasn't worded very nicely but I understand the frustration completely.

I've checked out of her content since she got preg, I don't like children but all of her content is Lana related in one way or another - which is fair enough it's her social media but her new stuff feels different to her old stuff, I still follow her ig and look at little doe but i dont watch any of her videos anymore

I had an awful time at school for various reasons, but even I acknowledge that it was better than the home schooling option. Schools force kids (rightly or wrongly) to learn how to deal with peers and elders in a way that will benefit them as adults. I think parents tend to pick and choose what to teach their kids at home and they can end up missing out. I'm all for the enrichment you can get with home schooling, but weekends and half term can provide the same options. I'm sure some parents do really well with making sure that their child has lots of social opportunities and enrichment while they are home-schooled, but that takes money and effort, and I can't really see Kiera doing all of that.

I unfollowed her ages ago cos she's lazy and I'm not really interested in mom content.

I don't mean lazy post baby I mean before she had the baby. She never seemed to do anything. I don't really understand how they earn a living.

But I do think she's a lovely person and being a mum suits her. Her style of parenting is up to her and she's lucky enough to have the opportunity to be with her kid all the time so why not.

Im all for not judging people on what they need to do to get by, but Alex is looking for a job and Lana will be in nappies another couple of years... babies dont tend to love getting their nappies changed, its just something you learn to live with... you arent going to have a 100% happy baby all of the time and thats fine!

Let’s be realistic here, Alex isn’t the only other person in the world who could mind Lana if Kiera worked.
Family could be with him if she worked weekends or even during the week- he could visit his own or her family or friends.
Also there are such things as crèches, babysitters etc, which, granted cost money but other people make it work. And I’m sorry but don’t have children if you can’t afford to pay bills and/ or don’t have a stable income from somewhere.
In saying that, doesn’t she get a small fortune from patreons for doing sweet bug all? She could easily tap into that and rip people off encourage more people to “support” her.

I remember before I unfollowed her someone even asked if her and Alex were still together. From an outside perspective it definitely seems she’s glued to the baby 24/7 and it’s rare Alex gets to help out.

I think she’s deleted the post now (and I actually mentioned it further up this thread) but the caption on a pic of Alex holding the baby stilllll doesn’t sit right with me 'planting a teeny baby smooch on dads cheek...disappointed theres no nipple there' everything’s gotta be about her and the boob

Obviously things do happen like getting locked out of accounts/accounts deleted etc but like.. anyone else think it's weird how she's responded? Like yall said she's not blasting her new account trying to build up the followers which is weird as all her income is still online-based from her shop. I wonder if she's trying to rebrand herself or start again or something.
