I don't understand why she hasn't sought therapy for her phobia if it has such an impact on her.

She used to do therapy for her phobia, but has stopped for whatever reason
It's ridiculous. She has the time to fit therapy into her days. If I were in her position I'd jump at it.
How she manages to make her husband being ill and in a&e all about her is absolutely astounding. I've got emetophobia and have spent a huge amount of time in hospital in the last year due to family illness...any thought of your own discomfort just goes out the window, because you're so focussed on your loved one. She needs therapy.
So she has batsh*t content like this.
I think it genuinely had got better at the time but working on mental health is not a linear process, she should definitely do more therapy for it if she feels the issue is getting worse again
She seems to have regressed since being with Geocache..
When she was single and living with her friends she was at her peak. Cooking healthy veggie meals, socialising loads, making much better content like the Dates with Kate videos. Ever since she got with the lanky one, she’s just turned into this infantilised version of herself.

guys she had a REVELATION that her skin is better when she eats less tit.. groundbreaking but good for you Kath 
She was on her best behaviour then, living with friends who she didn't want to look like a dick in front of and trying to land a husband after Andrew* forced her to cancel their engagement.
*In my opinion Andrew was a total dick to her, he did that terrible cowardly thing of behaving badly to get Kath to dump him so he didn't have to have a mature / sensitive conversation with her. Even brought new women back to their shared place after the engagement for sex. Awful for kath and the new woman, I mean huge red flag there, yeah I live with my ex fiancé but come back for sex - she's totally cool with it.
She behaved like a giant baby with Randy Andy just as she now does with Gsùs. I recall her burning her ickle finger on the oven - by not using oven gloves to take piping hot food out if it. Andrew had to run said singed digit under a cold tap and kiss it better - there were tears too.
This appears to be her go to role when she's got a bf / husband, the ickle damsel in distress who requires looking after (doorbell monitoring) and can't be trusted to cross the road alone or take out the bins (hoarding issues)
Woah. I don't remember seeing/reading about that...but that's *awful* behaviour!
I notice in the most recent vlog that our Kath has also diagnosed that she has misophonia. This is a new one to me but has she mentioned it in the past?
I also recall she stabbed herself in the hand while cutting avocado. This happened twice.
i diagnose her as being a moron.

Misophonia is when specific “trigger” noises cause strong emotions or reactions. Trigger noises affect people with misophonia much more strongly than people who don't react to those triggers.
Ofcourse Kathleen would have this.

Well done for watching until the end. She lost me half way through.
She didn’t spot red flags until long after Andrew dumped her. It’s like he had to do her a favour because the behaviour wasn’t translating to her
Honestly if she knows dairy can break her out so bad, why is she chugging a milkshake? Her hands were too ickle to hold a full sized avocado never mind being left unsupervised with a sharp knife.
She allows herself one "bad" meal a month even though she knows it'll break her out.
Vegan? Katie only does vegan if it's freebie/brand job 🫰
