The panic attacks seem to be from when she was 15/16. How many people are still going on about breathing in a bit of water at their local swimming pool 30 years later

He allows holidays with kp etc, as well as the usual weekend visits.

I think the dads have been quite generous to her considering and maybe it's more through letting the kids retain a relationship with her that they allow it.
