I think they've had an argument earlier in the evening which is what the neighbours heard at 10.30pm. She's then been sitting "watching TV" thinking it's all calmed down and he's asked for the engagement ring back. She's said no and he's forcibly removed it with her being hurt in the process. Her version in the sun is probably partly true. If she was under the influence of something and spouted off to the police in her heightened emotional state she's probably now panic stricken that it will go to court and then he'll spill her deepest darkest secrets and so she's trying to backtrack saying she can't face court. He's out and about making hand signals knowing she'll see and hopefully drop the charges. Her sister and family know he can bring her crashing down and so aren't speaking out against him. And he's wearing Harvey's shorts because the profits go to the company him and his father are involved in.

Hi everyone. Yesterday I was ( a bit too) thrilled to find a place discussing KP's latest woes without starting every message with 'But who was arrested police didn't say?' (erm, because no-one has been charged).....or 'her ring was stolen it must be him' (er yes that's what Katie Price is telling you through the papers) .....or 'I don't like her but people punching you in the face is wrong' ( Really? thanks for letting us know and it's great believe there was an assault without any charges or evidence)

I've been trying to catch up with all these posts and have been interested to find new factoids ( alleged) like the story coming out about bankruptcy. I can't believe the hypocrisy of our media and how so many people gloss over her abuse of past boyfriends. The court case with Alex Reid was disgusting and the judge was appalled by her behaviour. I don't know why she wasn't charged with revenge porn, maybe because it wasn't a proper crime then? She is basically a sex offender in my book. She also has history of accusing ex's of theft. She did it with Reid, she did it with Boyson and then started trying to break into his house. These are all the signs of a control freak narcissist abuser that wants to destroy the ex instead of just moving on.

I had a thought about the rumours that she was drugged up/ drunk and she tried to jump out of a window, ( she told the papers she hurt her feet again). I always thought the breaking her feet on holiday story was fishy. Not because I thought she hadn't done it...but because those type of fractures are usually at high speed and impact, usually caused by vehicle crashes. I know because I had a similar break and I was going pretty fast and hit the floor from a height from being propelled through the air (nasty!). I think she may have been driving some sort of vehicle when she broke her feet and they covered it up. Now I'm wondering if this time, she has been drinking and drugging ( after the miracle 'I'm cured' 5 minutes in the Priory) and she tried jumping out of a window to get sympathy in an argument. Maybe Carl felt guilty the first time and stayed with her? To an abuser that would be handy trauma bonding and a method of control.

I'm reminded of the Caroline Flack case and how she went from suicide attempt with pills to hanging out with friends all in a few hours and then back to self harm all in the same day. I also can't stand the way people are repeating 'be kind' about KP and 'remember Caroline Flack' when she was a self admitted abuser who got arrested, she is basically the same person as Carl but all these cretins were making up excuses for her such as she was 'vulnerable' or it was just an 'accident' Maybe they should all start a hashtag #bekindtocarl!

Anyway, sorry for the rant. I needed that after all the drivel on KP I have been reading these last few days!

As someone who is trained in Makaton, I don't recognise Crawl's hand gesture as anything significant. I see someone who is right handed, showing they are right handed? Her bruise caused by "alleged punch' would surely have been done by a leftie?
As she also clearly knows nothing in Makaton he would be wasting his time in trying to send a message .
The only time I have ever heard her even acknowledge Harvey's use of Makaton was in the ME ME ME ME & Harvey documentary. Harvey was talking with his friend Zach & she said something like "oh Harv, you're using your language/sign".
I have noticed Harvey using Makaton on many occasions. She completely ignores it. It was used in the documentary by those working in the college. I actually cannot fathom how, in 19 years, she has clearly made no effort to learn how to aid his communication. BUT she's such a GREAT mum

I know she will be hurt a punch in the face really does hurt especially from a big bloke like Crawl she has my sympathy with that because no one deserves it but I’m wondering how much of her pain is shame at her self for being so public about him being “The One” her soul mate and how much she’s looking forward to their wedding and all the publicity about trying for another baby and the cringeworthy line about him having the biggest knob of any (of the many ) men she’s been with after being so out there with it then the world knows he’s punched her in the face. How many people on here commented in the much earlier threads that she’s all over him but he looks distanced from her and not really interested ?

In terms of the MH thing she has used that countless times. Especially when it is court time Katie Price gets emotional about mental health in apology at bankruptcy hearing - Mirror Online

The thing you have to ask yourself is if it is true why would someone want to be labelled an abuser? Even if the case is dropped and they get back together he will still have that over his name.
And on the flip side she will be seen as someone who isn't prepared to stand up to her attacker which doesn't go down well with her campaign of anti-bullying.
But the main thing is that the fathers/family would know the person is dangerous. The kids are one of the ways she makes money so if she stopped seeing them = less money. Not to mention the actual fallout from the police if it was found out to be true.

Personally I think what happened is that CW did split up with her. His goal is/was to become a celebrity. After a year together he wasn't getting the exposure he wanted, not making any money. And if anything his image was being destroyed.
He said he was ending it a few days previously. KP then feels she isn't in control and sets up a way to get to him. To make him look bad and have something to bargain with. They get drunk/drugged up as they are addicts. She provokes him. He wants the ring back, she won't give it trying to provoke more and they have a physical altercation.

What is important to understand is that the police/ambulance can only say the time they arrived. It doesn't include when the actual event happened. This means the physical part could have happened a lot earlier in the day. The neighbours even said they heard the argument around 10.30pm-11pm.
The report doesn't say a time when he was nicked but it would be after the call out at 1.30am. They also don't say if he was arrested at the property or somewhere else.
Just enough time for her to call people, set up the interview/photos and get that make up on.

Now why would she do that? Control, nothing more. She agrees to drop charges and not help the police in exchange for him being silent.

That is my theory.

She’s also setting up the narrative of not being in the right frame of mind to attend October’s Public Examination.
Looking at other cases heard at the Rolls Building there will almost certainly be the option of using Microsoft Teams.

My guess is they are going to get back together and this was another of their planned escapades with a financial gain in mind. As a bloke I can't get my head around it because there's no way I'd ever agree to being branded a woman beater. Which could be a strong argument for saying I'm talking rubbish.

But I don't think he punched her in the face like she claims while she was watching TV. He's a big fit, strong man and she'd have a lot more facial damage then she has. Her lips look no different to how they looked a couple of weeks ago and she's still recovering from extensive facial surgery so a bit of facial marking is to be expected.

All the stuff we had in the previous week about their worlds suggesting them having maybe split up and then the pictures of the vodka and beer suggesting they were back on the booze all seemed to be leading up to something that they were planning.

The shouting and rowing at the neighbours hood could easily be acting and it was interesting that one of the neighbours said there was a car outside which could have been a planned getaway car for Skanky.

Today Carwash has the paps booked to show him out and about in Harveys clothing range with their new puppy which again doesn't suggest they are through. And the pictures of him with the lovely little dog and letting the lady look at it, all presents him in a much kinder, softer light. Like pre-planned, PR image manipulation.

She's got her next appearance in the bankruptcy court coming up and now, on the face of it, she's homeless.

I can't work it all out but given how she is so clever at using the media and he seems frankly a bit dim and eager for fame, I can't help wondering if this is yet another big setup even though I can't work it out at all.

It’s a very risky thing to do though to claim domestic violence happened when it didn’t. The cps can go ahead and charge without the victim these days. As so many abused people take back their statement due to fear or promised ‘it won’t happen again’ then end up in hospital or worse. I don’t think even they are that stupid to play games like that. It would ruin him for one. And would mean she can’t spout out the ‘he’s the one’ anymore which she loved to do. It would also look very bad for her to have her kids around him if he hit her. It wouldn’t make for a good pr story. At all. She stopped drinking apparently a while ago. It’s well know that when she drinks she can’t control herself. So if she was drinking again an argument could have easily got out of hand. She has always known what to say to hurt the man she’s with. I’m certain she isn’t innocent in all this. Not at all. So I have little sympathy for her. Real domestic violence cases have a victim that is being abused. I don’t see her as a victim or someone that would allow someone to abuse her. She has always been the abuser. A one of hit during a fit of rage doesn’t equal domestic violence to me anyway. I don’t see her being controlled or manipulated by anyone. She has always been the one in control. She is also the one who destroys her life time and time again. So many people called it that this wouldn’t last. No relationship ever will with her. She isn’t capable of being stable enough to have a good relationship.
