There is one ray of hope with finding assets. Forensic investigators were sent in last year. This was probably specialist investigators with the insolvency service. They will be looking at everything. Now we also have HMRC on her case, they also could be investigating her. These fraud specialists have loads of time and money unlike the police do these days!

She could still be done for concealing assets though as her bank accounts would show little income but somehow her bills are paid and the amount she is paying to employees, heating, horses, mortgage could be significant. So they will be able to prove she does have money coming in but she's concealing it by doing it all cash.I hope they do go over her finances with a fine tooth comb. My worry is that a lot of her earners are all cash in hand jobs with little traceability.
