There is one ray of hope with finding assets. Forensic investigators were sent in last year. This was probably specialist investigators with the insolvency service. They will be looking at everything. Now we also have HMRC on her case, they also could be investigating her. These fraud specialists have loads of time and money unlike the police do these days!The best outcome is Skanky gets thrown in prison and all the ex friends and toyboys come out of the woodwork and point to where any valuables are. The creditors help themselves to what they're owed and the police are too busy to investigate... (too many drink driving reports to focus on).

If I were ripped off like Skank's creditors (and the tax man) have been I'd like to be repaid and see her punished, if I can't have my money back I'd settle for seeing her punished. It's the idea of her getting away scot-free that's absolutely not acceptable.It is bad for the creditors but if they jail her and they still don't have any money, that's not a great outcome for the creditors anyway. As we saw with Becker, if it ends with a jail sentence, it's then years again until a repayment plan is started. I can't see KP ever agreeing to pay anything. The best outcome for anyone I think would be confiscating her assets after she's been in prison.....if they can find them!

She has played the system and needs to answer questions which I hope have come out of the FA investigation. And if the court let her off the hearing again it’s heartless and not acceptable for her creditors. What do the court need to bring her to justice? Do they want to drive a few of her very long suffering creditors to throw themselves into the Thames in sheer frustration.

Same happened to my dear dad. We knew it was a pack of lies and proved it but it took 2.5 years to get No further Action and he drank himself silly. We were asked vile disgusting questions by the detective. The fact he didn't even live at the house during the period in time and was in another place over 100 iles away and that it could be proven helped in the end. This girl didn't know that silly cow. Many nights I had to hold my dad back as he insisted on killing himself driving off a cliff. They went through our old social services records. They were only involved heavily because my mother basically has every mental health diagnosis under the sun and is off her rocker to put it mildly and abused us mentally and physically. I've never seen him so broken.I was accused of something heinous by my ex daughter in law who went to the police. It wasn't until the police said they could not find any evidence (because nothing had happened) she admitted that she was all confused and it may not of happened the way she thought it did. It was too late as she had ruined my life by spreading the malicious lies. She told my stepson that if he wanted to stay in their children's lives then he had to sever contact with me and his dad. It broke up our family, and made me suicidal as I was receiving verbal abuse whenever I went into our local town. I lost my job as I couldn't be around people as I was scared of any abuse that may come my way. People said there was no smoke without fire and as I worked alongside safeguarding I knew all the tricks to cover up the crimes. I am only saying this as branding people's names about can be so damaging. We all suspect skanky is lying however if she goes and says the name of the alleged ra####t then I hope she goes to hell. She is so spiteful and evil I wouldn't put anything past her. 6 years have now past and I am still suffering and so is my husband who chose me over his children as he knows I am innocent as he was with me at the time of the alleged incident. It never just affects the alleged person but their wider circle. She will also damage victims from coming forward to report their SA because skanky will be slated as we all know what she is like and victims will be frightened that the same will happen to them.
Sorry for the essay but I am so angry and upset that she is threatening to do this. She is really sinking so low she will be in hell soon

I also see the other side having my ex rape me and I never reported it as I thought nobody would believe me seeing he was an ex. I told my dad and sister at the time and left it at that. Never saw the guy again.
