There's a blood test which is with a DVLA doctor, her own doctor can send supporting evidence and will fill in a questionnaire on her health. if the DVLA are not happy they don't have to accept the GP's opinion. They can investigate for longer and ask GP's and therapists for more details. It sounds to me like that's where she's at now.

The blood test and DVLA doctors report would have been from when she applied to reinstate her licence after her drink driving ban. Her own GP would have also have been asked for a report.
The fact she still doesn’t have her license sounds like it’s from when it was medically revoked. I’m not anything to do with her drink driving offence.
I think that people are getting mixed up (not you @Helena-botham-farter) between her loosing her license through the drink driving offence and the fact her license was medically revoked after her “allegedly” receiving it back.
