Thank you for the information Schmooze. It's very confusing what's happening. I knew she wasn't playing ball or answering any correspondence. The arrogance of not even submitting any tax/VAT info. Clearly think's she's above all that. There are so many unanswered questions. But mainly, what I don't get, is why there has been NO restrictions on her spending? She carries on like a lottery winner. I would have thought trustee's/Official Receivers would be monitoring her income/spending/debts & give her a set amount of money to live off. Yet, nothing seems to be in place to restrict what she does financially. IF there is to be a 2nd bankruptcy, nothing will change unless they curtail her lavish spending. I would have thought given the amount of debt she was already in, there should have been action in place to stop her accruing any more? Instead, she's been earning vast sums, money from Backgrid/selling online/personal appearances/lump sums from TV shows etc, yet paying no tac/VAT. Increasing her debts hugely. I thought whole idea was Trustee's managed her money to stop this happening. I know she's had numerous court actions delayed or stopped, but this is ridiculous. It's baffling how she's allowed to go on like this. Assume today will just be another 'non event' & madam will still be spend, spend, spend

The original IVA was for £12,000 per month for 36 months, I wonder whether, by implication, as they have garnished 40% of her earnings for 36 months, she is earning around £30,000 per month as 40% of that equals £12,000?

If that’s the case, I seem to remember that when she agreed to the first IVA she claimed to be earning £45,000 a month, so that would indicate a drop in earnings of 30% in the last two years.

At her age, and with her increasingly bad reputation, that downward trajectory could accelerate, and her income could fall off a cliff. How then would she explain the designer handbags, sunbeds, plastic surgery, holidays, nails, extensions and all the other stuff she wastes money on?

She may try to sponge off Princess, but legally P can only give her three grand a year before it becomes taxable, same goes for Cuntlung. Her finances are going to make fascinating viewing for the next three years!

Just two fingers up to everyone, especially us, she will be smirking away, she’s feeling extra cocky today, she isn’t going to stop spending, she’s thinks she’s untouchable. No one so far has curbed her extravagant lifestyle, she still has the kids after 16 months now, she gives zero f*cks about being caught, and facing accountability, as everyone can see by this post.

Oh well, at least she’s trying to take herself down by her on hand, I still think the surgeries, very bad surgery diet, the drinking, the , the addition to vaping, and no exercise will be taking a toll on her health at 45. It basically means that those companies have to pay 40% of her earnings for 3 years to the trustees of the bankruptcy to help pay off her debts. So any money she earns through OF and Backgrod will automatically have 40% deducted before she is paid and that will be paid direct to the trustees.

All it means is she won't use Backgrid anymore and will find a new agency and she earns fuck all from OF by the looks of it anyway.

I thought that too. She will just stop working on OF and with Backgrid to stick two fingers up. It will leave her between a rock and a hard place though. She'll not have much without the backgrid income. She'll either have to keep earning and be poorer or keep earning and hiding it, which will mean she's caught out.
