I was told to wait in my room where my products were and not come out until I was told.... never been told this before when accounting was being done... but Forensic accountancy were there.. @Helena-botham-farter - so apparently it may normally start with a contentious insolvency who specialise is dealing with cases where potential fraud or wrongful trading are involved, they will have the ability to gain access to files which can then be passed along to forensic accountants. All dealt with on case by case basis, courts and getting the right approval. The forensic accountants will then search for hidden assets, accounts etc.They are vigorous in their approach and I am sure if there is anything going on they will find it.

ETA-just my opinion but I suspect this is why the case was deferred again. Lots of questions being asked which are throwing up more questions!

They will uncover it, I suspect. It is possible that one of this type of agency may have been involved in the one or more of the hearings which is why there have been deferments.If the forensic accountants are now appointed the will hit the fan, because they will be like a dog with a bone.That explains her rattled behaviour of late - the net is closing in and she is trying to deflect as much as she can.
