TBH although we were (quite rightly) appalled at the Bunny videos I don't think it would have been anywhere near enough to make SS remove the kids. KP probably would have said something along the lines of it being a one off and she will take Bunnys phone away or limit her internet access and that would probably be enough as far as SS were concerned. After all look at the various cases where children end up being killed by their parents, it nearly always turns out that these families are 'known' to SS and have been watched by them for years, yet the abuse continues until it becomes fatal. For all KP's faults I don't think she has done anything bad enough in SS's eyes to warrant the removal of the children. I thought the same thing over puddingate too, although heaven knows what the true story was there. I feel very very sorry for Kieran and the kids. I think Kieran is just an honorable person and probably not too bright, he might not have married skanky had she not got knocked up the instant they met. He is somewhat gullible I think too. Maybe that TV show about parental alienation that that woman seems to be making and that Kieran is involved in will help.

KH reciprocated to say "can't bully me", MP did the same.

I think it's just different specialisms. Plus barristers and solicitors are different. So Harringtons looks to be a local Brighton firm specilaising in crime and family law, but doesn't have the expertise to deal with bankruptcy proceedings so she has another firm dealing with those. Solicitors generally don't represent people in courts so hire barristers who are the specialists in arguing cases in court. Solicitors do the day to day case and then instruct a barrister just for a hearing or trial. Barristers are often only involved for those few days and again will specilise in different areas so would be a different one for the driving offences to who would deal with the bankruptcy or the childrens claims.

The one time I needed to be represented by a Barrister cost me £800 for the day!
That was 25+ years ago at a Tribunal which got cancelled on the hearing day but I still had to pay.
I hope this bleep is having to pay similar amounts plus inflation and that empties the mattress fund.
