I think we’ll have to agree to disagree on that one. As you say you have a family member with Aspergers but there are varying degrees of Aspergers so you can’t compare one person to another and really shouldn’t. Also I find it odd he’s deemed by the courts as an unfit father for his daughter with Chantelle, or not ‘safe’ for him to be with her as you stated, yet he’s clearly not seen as a danger to his baby daughter with his now partner. As I say all very odd if he’s as bad as you imply.

I know it goes against the grain and there will be people screaming at me but you can’t always believe the “victim”.
In my old line of work I saw quite a few men’s (and some women’s) lives ruined by false accusations.
You have to take each case on it’s own merits and not always blindly believe every accuser.
Just my experience.

Unfortunately I have to agree with you. Similar in my line of previous work, bec of false accusations, those who were genuine had to fight harder to be believed and those who had false accusations against them, their lives were destroyed
