my husband was effectively non-verbal until he was 3 apparently. Can’t shut him up at all now

If you’re concerned I’d recommend asking for a referral to a speech therapist though xx

My daughter is 18 months and is the same and she was born in lockdown, the HV said she's meeting all her other milestones so not to worry. She still finds ways of communicating so I'm not really worried x

I know it's difficult but don't worry Leo, it seems to be fairly common with lockdown babies. Plus they all develop at their own pace and he might have met other milestones earlier than "the norm".
There's over thing she's worried about him
I keep saying this to her but she a first time mummy but she wants to just check but I no where she's coming from with him he was walking at 10 months but let's hope they put her mind at rest

She looks like a toad. Eurgh, standing there while her petite toddler stares at a tv waiting for 200g of oats to be doing at her. Lazy

also, @Leodog19 my kid is now 3 and doesn’t stop talking but she didn’t start til 2.5. She was starting to worry me. She also doesn’t respond to her name but she’s a proper diva and won’t deign to give you any attention until she’s ready
