I think she needs to be gifted some hats!! Poor kid must be so cold when they go outside!!
Just checked out this woman’s insta- my god she needs a reality check, never has looking after 1 baby been made to look so difficult. Hiring doulas, husband going on every walk with her. Feed and change the baby and get a grip woman- breastfed for 5 wks and saying it’s too much for her, ok stop, who cares - but what do you think other mothers on the planet do. No wonder she doesn’t want a second, I think she’d combust- thankfully she doesn’t have a real job either
Tbf to her she's had a rough time, not all new mothers have a blissful experience sadly. Her baby has been ill, she's had to go back into hospital etc. She could easily be suffering with pnd. I thought being a radio presenter was a real job?
Yes her baby was back in hospital and I’m very sorry for that- thankfully she’s fine. I’m not claiming having a newborn is a blissful time but having to
hire a doula to allow you to have a bath, moaning that you and your husband can’t have a peaceful dinner within the first 3 weeks of your babies life, that there’s no time to hoover- yes she’s deluded and making a song and dance of everything!

I was shocked they'd decided to hire the doula tbh. I didn't think looking after a newborn was a 3 person job.
I know!!!! My husband had to travel recently, I had a breastfeeding 3 month old, a 3 yr old By myself and I was still able to hoover my own stairs....
Maybe if Kate put her bleeping phone away for 5 minutes and actually concentrated 100% on caring for her child she wouldn’t need a bleeping 3rd person to help.... I’ve never known anything like it. What a performance!

. Yea they can be hard work but seriously get a grip .If she put her phone away she might find she has the time and mental capacity to crack on with looking after the baby. She’s got plenty time to be posting endless rubbish on Instagram so she’s not in need of that much help.
Lots of us bring a baby into the world and have to figure it out with a partner that’s working full time - or a partner who’s away with work or no partner at all or family to help.
Exactly! What does she want help with? Does she think every other mother on the planet is going without a bath, stick your baby in a baby chair facing the shower and get on with it. As for restrictions, those with babies under 1 are allowed a bubble.

If she's struggling now I do wonder what the next two years of her life are going to look like............ I think she probably has realised that motherhood isn't for her but it's a bit late now.
The newborn stage really is the easiest but you don’t realise that til it’s passed. I think she’s a bit ‘damned if you do, damned if you don’t’. We always tell women to reach out and accept the help and when a new mum does, she gets slaughtered. If I could have afforded it, I would 
have had a night nurse. A forcep delivery, 5day stay in hospital and a baby who cried from 9pm-2am meant we were shattered (and emotional messes!). However, I do think that you get to a certain age and if you haven’t had kids by then it’s probably best you don’t (obviously some people may try for years but she was on the fence and only decided when she was told she had a low egg count).

I found having a newborn and showering the easy period - I’d stick him in a bouncer in the doorway so he would see me. Plus, my showers would be quick and efficient. Minutes. Longer showers or baths can be taken when partner home right?! Toddler and having a shower is a different kettle of fish.
