She talks about grandad like she’s lost her husband of 40+ years, not someone who she knew for 3 years. Ok they were clearly close but she seems to have latched onto him and mirrors the behaviour of the OAP couples she hangs around with like “bob and Judith” it’s bizzare

I love the fact Bob and Judith are like a pair of sitcom characters that we never see. For some reason this is who I envisage when she talks about Bob and Judith
Personally Uncle Gordon is my favourite supporting character. The pure venom when she would spit out "Don't tell Uncle Gordon I like these or he'll buy 100 packets" in the grocery hauls was always a highlight.
She's played notable mothers in Ted Lasso and Succession, but now Dame Harriet Walter takes on her new role as Val "Valcna" King in the inevitable Kate King biopic...

so do I but she didn't go into any more detail as far as I know. The fact she thought spending 2-3 hours on one piece of homework was a lot is funny though. From age 11 onwards I remember having essays and longer projects as homework each week which definitely took longer than 3 hours
