I’ve listened to Orlaith Condon’s new podcast this week and also Fionnuala Jay’s latest podcast. Karla was a guest on each of them, and I have to say she didn’t annoy me on either. Once she’s in her pop culture/reality tv wheelhouse she’s okay. I just think something isn’t clicking with Unpopular Opinion. Herself & Jen are the worst co-hosts I’ve ever come across.. No chemistry and too much unspoken animosity & tension between them.. How can they not get the vibes themselves?!

Yeah agree, liked both podcasts with Karla this week. I love Orlaith Condon, delighted she is back. Always liked Karla when on M.P.O.P podcast, but she doesn’t come across well when working with Jen.

Are they trying to turn the pod into a pop culture pod now? Don’t get me wrong I actually think it’s a genre that suits Karla better but everyone and their nan has a pop culture pod these days. If I have to hear the Adam Levine thing being discussed one more time

Karla was on Lipstick Lessons podcast this week and she was far more bearable to listen to
Karla has been a guest on a number of podcasts in recent months. I don't think I've ever heard Jen on another podcast - but I stand corrected.
Wouldn't surprise me if Karla looks to go it alone on the podcast in the near future or to team up with someone else (ie Fionnuala Jay, Orlaith Condon etc).

Anyone else feel Karla was so embarrassing to listen to insisting she doesn’t care if Tom follows loads of insta models or even pornstars, because she’s so secure…. Cringed when she talked about bringing it up and him dismissing her, does she not know she doesn’t sound empowered she just sounds like a sap !

I think TUO could be ending soon. havent listened in a while but heard the last one and it sounds like Jen is getting wound up too. Karla was insufferable saying things like you know me I love my adventures but sure you wouldn't be into that Jen and going on about how weird being into true crime is the saying oh yeah but isn't your fella into true crime
Karla’s weird and pointless tangent about a guy who dated her friend and he loved horror movies.. what was the point of it? She really loves the sound of her own voice
