Pro prosecution? What a made up word. I’m pro evidence.

The DATA today showed John didn’t move after Karen reversed. That’s the timeline. That’s the numbers from the LEXUS.

Yet the ‘defence’ only have a LinkedIn account to attack. They know they can’t dispute the data, that’s why they panicked about this getting let in.

Show me what credible evidence, or what credible timeline that fits an alternative theory, and I’ll listen.
It showed his phone didn't move.....

If you're lying about qualifications in court, what else could you be lying about? Why didn't they just hire someone from Lexus Japan to go through the car's onboard computer?
Right, Alessi was laying the foundation for his cross. If he’s that happy to lie that easily what else is he lying about?
He, so far, has been worse than Trooper Paul who was the one who came up with the theory of John being hit and pirouetting through the air despite there being no injuries in line with being hit by a car 🤦🏻‍♀️

🤣 ok. There’s no point continuing.
What I'm saying is if it was an Apple watch and he stopped moving, then that's a sign he was injured/dead. The phone wasn't even found in his pocket.....it was under his back. Surely if he'd been side swiped, he would've dropped the phone where he was hit, not 10 feet away from the road underneath him

He didn’t lie in court 🤦🏽‍♀️ and I don’t know, ask the Commonwealth 🤷🏽‍♀️🤣 maybe the defence could have hired someone to show she didn’t have a collision impact.
I’m sure the defence do have someone to show this. They haven’t presented their case yet. Even though the commonwealth are doing a great job of representing the defence all on their own.

I’m still waiting on an actual chain of events that shows just exactly how it happened and who was involved in covering it up. I think you’d find it will be trickier than you imagine.

I thought you were 'evidence led'? How do you explain the phone and the scratches on the right arm?
Yes.

The phone? Data speaks for itself. It stopped moving when Karen’s car showed a collision event. It’s temperature dropped appropriately to the outside conditions.

His arm? ME stated they were surface level lacerations, not deep enough to measure. There’s potentially a bit of both explanations that it was damaged by the tail light but potentially also some animal activity. I am sure there are raccoons in that area and fresh blood would have been attractive to carnivores.

Ah that old tactic, diversion.

You know that liquid will drain into an absorbing surface? The ground wasn’t totally frozen at that point, and soil is highly absorbent….
Ah I see 🤭. You said in a previous comment I think that you believe she clipped him and hit his leg or knee (sorry if I’ve got that wrong). Do you believe that if her jeep clipped his knee that would make him fly 30 feet in the air and then land on the back of his head ? All while holding a glass in one hand and his phone in the other, and if the car clipped his knee how did the tailight scratch and bite his arm ?

What’s stopping Karen’s car alighting the pavement (or burm as they call it) before hitting him? I didn’t state specifically I believe she clipped his knee, that’s one of the explanations Karen gave of what could have happened to him.
His arm / hand was close to that tail light, or else how did the pieces of glass get inside the housing?

Again, I’d love to see the alternative timeline because these incidental occurrences mean nothing without the bigger picture. If there was a timeline of events that showed succinctly how each even happened consequentially, that would make much more sense, and be much more believable.

I'm forecasting another mistrial.....
I fear you could be right. The fact they have no majority jury verdict plus social media crazies who may not be able to think further than the end of their nose may scupper putting a murderer behind bars.

Needs to be a mistrial with prejudice after what’s gone on the past few days but Bev won’t do that.
I hope they poll the jury this time so if they’re again unanimous on some counts she at least can’t be retried for those.

If they’d done majority voting last time she’d be behind bars.

At the end of the day if the commonwealth had any credible evidence that Karen hit John with her jeep and left him to die then we wouldn’t be on trial number 2 and she would be in prison.

She hit his phone not him and that was left in the snow. Then he went up and down three flights of stairs which was recorded on his phone even though he didn't have it with him. Then a dog with no dog DNA but only pig DNA and only a top set of teeth attacked him and Brian Higgins sucker punched him out of the blue as soon as he entered the house for no reason (oh and he would have had to run at 34mph to get into the house because there is a three second window when he could have been in the house according to Waze - oh but I forgot his phone didn't move but never mind that fact...but the stairs....? He must have done the stairs?) and after he was punched by Brian Higgins, who secretly hated him because he was madly infatuated with Karen (even though he didn't make his move when she turned up at his place) as soon as he set foot inside they all carried him outside and left him precisely where Karen had hit his phone. You know because that's the obvious thing to do. Leave him in your front yard. and then they went back and asked Google how long it would take for him to die, because when you're master conspirators and want to commit the perfect crime and ensure you aren't all rounded up and charged, you don't just kill him to get rid of the only witness, you leave his death to the elements. Just ask Google how long this murder will actually take to happen to 100 percent guarantee that the victim can't tell on us. 11 people all conspiring they could have just finished him off and dumped him miles away.
Then they all got together and decided to frame Karen because you know she was an outsider and a whack job so it would make the most sense to do that rather than dump him elsewhere. How fortunate that her Lexus has her reversing at speed - maybe they watched that happen and thought "great let's kill him and say she did it!" Then they got everyone else who was unrelated or barely knew them to risk their livelihoods, federal charges and prison time for falsifying and planting evidence for a retired Boston (not Canton) cop and somehow got hold of her taillight and sprinkle it underneath the snow.
Then months later they refurbish the house to sell it get rid of all that blood which could have been found at anytime before that and rehouse the dog just in case the dog tells on them and breaks the circle of trust....make sure you send her out of state Brian, just in case.....

Job done

I can't even get four members of my family to agree on what to have for lunch. If only I had the skills of the Alberts and the McCabes to plan and execute all this and co ordinate a load of totally unrelated people to lie and commit federal crimes for them.
