Yes.
The phone? Data speaks for itself. It stopped moving when Karen’s car showed a collision event. It’s temperature dropped appropriately to the outside conditions.
His arm? ME stated they were surface level lacerations, not deep enough to measure. There’s potentially a bit of both explanations that it was damaged by the tail light but potentially also some animal activity. I am sure there are raccoons in that area and fresh blood would have been attractive to carnivores.
She hit his phone not him and that was left in the snow. Then he went up and down three flights of stairs which was recorded on his phone even though he didn't have it with him. Then a dog with no dog DNA but only pig DNA and only a top set of teeth attacked him and Brian Higgins sucker punched him out of the blue as soon as he entered the house for no reason (oh and he would have had to run at 34mph to get into the house because there is a three second window when he could have been in the house according to Waze - oh but I forgot his phone didn't move but never mind that fact...but the stairs....? He must have done the stairs?) and after he was punched by Brian Higgins, who secretly hated him because he was madly infatuated with Karen (even though he didn't make his move when she turned up at his place) as soon as he set foot inside they all carried him outside and left him precisely where Karen had hit his phone. You know because that's the obvious thing to do. Leave him in your front yard. and then they went back and asked Google how long it would take for him to die, because when you're master conspirators and want to commit the perfect crime and ensure you aren't all rounded up and charged, you don't just kill him to get rid of the only witness, you leave his death to the elements. Just ask Google how long this murder will actually take to happen to 100 percent guarantee that the victim can't tell on us. 11 people all conspiring they could have just finished him off and dumped him miles away.
Then they all got together and decided to frame Karen because you know she was an outsider and a whack job so it would make the most sense to do that rather than dump him elsewhere. How fortunate that her Lexus has her reversing at speed - maybe they watched that happen and thought "great let's kill him and say she did it!" Then they got everyone else who was unrelated or barely knew them to risk their livelihoods, federal charges and prison time for falsifying and planting evidence for a retired Boston (not Canton) cop and somehow got hold of her taillight and sprinkle it underneath the snow.
Then months later they refurbish the house to sell it get rid of all that blood which could have been found at anytime before that and rehouse the dog just in case the dog tells on them and breaks the circle of trust....make sure you send her out of state Brian, just in case.....
Job done
I can't even get four members of my family to agree on what to have for lunch. If only I had the skills of the Alberts and the McCabes to plan and execute all this and co ordinate a load of totally unrelated people to lie and commit federal crimes for them.
