I think someone must have slipped Jen a Xanax
No she's back on Friday. 1 - 2 more hours of cross and then about 20 minutes redirect. Is the defence finished with Jen now ?
*attacked JohnI wonder is it possible that no one actually murdered John….hear me out.
Brian Albert let the dog out to go to the toilet around 12.15 ish, could the dog have possibly got out into the front yard and attached John as he approached the yard as he was a stranger and during the attack John fell and hit his head and died. Pig dna was found on his arm so could be from pigs ears dog treats etc
maybe I’ve just watched too much at this stage![]()
There wasn't any dog DNA found on John at all, no hair, no canine saliva etc. He had also been at a food restaurant earlier in the night which is where the pig DNA was said to have come from. The dog would surely also have had blood on its mouth etc?I wonder is it possible that no one actually murdered John….hear me out.

There was no dog DNA on John either. The dog was a massive German Shepherd and they moult like crazy. There wasn’t a single hair or saliva dna on John. So highly unlikely?Could they have given the dog a bath and then got rid of her. Would a bath wash away dna on a dog ? Also no one even checked the dog straight after anyway
They never tested John's arm. His shirt was swabbed months after the event, but never John. There was no dog DNA on John either. The dog was a massive German Shepherd and they moult like crazy. There wasn’t a single hair or saliva dna on John. So highly unlikely?
I have to give it to her. She read the room from the last trial and was like a totally different person this time.I think someone must have slipped Jen a Xanax![]()
It will be interesting to hear the commonwealths expert on how a taillight could explode on a man's arm and cause the scratches.Oh really, I never had dogs so I don’t really have a clue. What do you think the scratches were from then?
If it's another mistrial they'll try her again, the jury were meant to have been unanimous on not guilty for counts 1 and 3 last trial but because of the instructions with the jury slips that was never recorded.I really think she may accidentally have backed into him but being so drunk she hadn't a clue until later.
They are looking for another hung jury and mistrial and I think if I'm correct she can't be tried again for the crime as it's only twice.
She's not quite the sweet "normal mom" she likes to paint...I have to give it to her. She read the room from the last trial and was like a totally different person this time.
She has some balls to be able to lie to the FBI. Even telling them to wait 10 minutes then she would talk to them. I would have been shaking in my boots, lol! She had the wherewithal to call several people beforehand.
I think she was very obviously coached by Brennan and team, she comes across as like the 'popular' girl from school, shes the one who says what everyone is doing, shes the one who makes the plans etc. I find her very unlikeableI have to give it to her. She read the room from the last trial and was like a totally different person this time.

Garret Wing is the dog bite expert and yes he is on the witness list.It will be interesting to hear the commonwealths expert on how a taillight could explode on a man's arm and cause the scratches.
Melanie Little had a canine trainer on her channel (seems like a long time ago) that explained how those are dog scratches. Did I see someone say he is going to be an expert for the defense?
I've also seen others say that there is no way a man's arm could bust out a tailight. They are made of a very strong plastic that is very hard to break.
Anyway, I'm waiting on the hard evidence of a car collision. To me, so far, everything else is just reasonable doubt. And, I feel for this jury that has to decide. My brain would be scrambled.
