The data from the car - reversing at speed (26mph is fast) and stopping suddenly? How fortunate for those 30 odd people who would have needed to conspire against her to frame her that the data from the car exactly matches a hit and run.

Turtleboy tried to recreate this and couldn't, that key cycle can potentially be the wheels spinning on snow and ice. If you take the ARCCA testimony into account and the wounds on John's arm, it's hard to get it beyond reasonable doubt.

We’re taking Turtleboy evidence now he said it himself ‘you’d have to be so reckless and a bleeping psycho’. Which, she’s perfectly demonstrated she can be.
If everyone who says she’s innocent is happy to accept the (very wooly) iPhone data and attribute that taking 36 steps and then being completely incapacitated, they’d also have to accept the car data that shows that car DID travel in reverse at that speed. So which data is more reliable/accurate?

I never said it didn’t hit that speed but I said it could have been the tyres spinning due to less traction because of the weather conditions.

Whiffin admitted that JOK could have been in the house, there’s also the timings that he locked his phone at 00:32 but KR had connected to the WiFi at his house at 00:36, it takes longer than 4 minutes to do that drive.

How many people would have to conspire against her for it not to be just her running him over? doubtless there are some shadowy figures but it’s a stretch 2 far imo. I feel sorry for his family having to watch her media circus when he seems to be the forgotten victim

He had to ‘admit’ to that because the defence badgered him - his original finding was that accuracy at that part of the circle was so low he didn’t include it. The accuracy was much higher by the flagpole where he originally put the phone location.

Also, he wasn’t dead at 00:32 so he could have been scrambling for his phone and locked it. It’s not to say she drove away at that time.

Could... that's doubt
I don't think she's a likeable person or that she has done herself any favours with all the interviews but it's about the Commonwealth proving it beyond a reasonable doubt and so far they can't.

But what’s more likely, that he was alive in the snow and reached for his phone, locking it inadvertently - or multiple randomly connected people all conspiring to cover up a fight and not checking that he’s dead before leaving him on their own… front lawn

If it was purely her word versus theirs and none of the other things had happened then I'd be saying she was guilty. I was dubious at the beginning. But watching the first trial play out and all of the weird things going on, it doesn't make sense.
Lucky, the snowplough driver passed a couple of hours later and saw nothing in the garden. When you look at the pictures from the jury viewing last week, it's not a massive garden there's no way they'd not have seen John while they were leaving - that's why Jen McCabe has added in this new story about looking at people when walking out so she couldn't have looked that way.
Also those voicemails of Karen's are horrible, if you're covering your ass after hitting someone you wouldn't leave voicemails like that you'd have left something saying you were worried and where are you etc.

Ok so the snowplough testimony - if he didn’t see the body from his elevated position / less snow fall / whatever - how did KAREN manage to see it hours later, when he was under 4 inches of snow?

My theory is that she knew she’d hit him but was hoping he’d gotten up and was ok. She was increasingly panicked that he was ignoring her (ie confirming that he’s dead), and she escalates her demeanour hoping that it’ll goad him into replying to her. They were definitely arguing about another woman - who goes for ‘p’ as their first line of insult?

Why was she in such a panic that he hadn't come home? You'd just assume he crashed out there drunk on the couch after the party

The investigation/evidence collection in the OJ Simpson case was also picked apart, as were the behaviour/character of the detectives. He was still guilty

This is another thing that is a massive head scratcher for me. I can't imagine walking into either of my two BIL's unlocked house, right into their bedrooms, standing over them trying to wake them up. I don't think things would go well for me since they both probably sleep with protection close (have never had a reason to ask them). Not to mention, they both own a fairly large dog. I'm sure more will come out on cross but I just can't imagine doing that.
