That part struck me as odd.
Michael Proctor has a history of dodging things; he went on holiday when he was supposed to be questioned by Rosemary Scapicchio previously.
The timing of Karen’s suit; She sued the house defendants, Tully, Bukhenik and Proctor individually. They gave notice they were suing MSP and CPD but there was a 6 month waiting period, so they knew it was coming it wasn’t an ambush. Kinda hope that’s not a hint at things turning like they did in Judge Cannone’s court room - so far Judge Gildea had seemed very no nonsense and fair
Twitter suspects MP has checked into a psychiatric facility. I have no idea what folks there are basing that on.
Proctor’s request to delay was denied;

yeah that doesn’t look good after the judge ruled against MP. Can only assume Alan Jackson wasn’t available and they want him to take the deposition

Yikes I really hope there's a good reason why AJ couldn't do the depo today. This looks really bad on them. Surely they must have had today scheduled for it too?! The judge will not be happy that (at best) they've wasted the courts time with all this
Myles King’s motion to dismiss was unimpounded. When you think Proctor can’t get any worse more information is released;

Christ. They continue to shock me even though I know what Proctor is capable of now.
I haven't had time to really catch up on what is happening, but this Judge does not seem to like the Read team.
The whole thing is quite messy;
It seems like the complaint about the tweet about Proctor came from Proctor’s lawyers. Someone screenshotted the tweet without being logged in so it put it into UTC time which made it look like it was posted after impounded. Judge got angry and basically said if it happened again there could be a default judgement against Karen. He was able to dodge finishing his deposition because of this.
Today it got worse as they tried to say it was Karen’s side that leaked about Proctor sitting outside when he had to leave his deposition. An emergency motion was filed to have the judge reconsider and have Proctor finish his deposition as the decision was made on inaccurate information but he denied it.
Turtleboy posted the picture to show it came from a security camera. I don’t know if that was a good idea or not.
It seems to have turned from this judge being fair to both sides to him becoming Grandpa Gilead where no one’s allowed to look at each other.
There was also a case where Judge Gildea, Judge Krupp, Brian Albert and Karl Dugal were named as co defendants in a RICO lawsuit.

It’s a lot isn’t it. I think the TLDR version of recent events is HAM are trying to run the clock down on discovery & keep Colin out of being deposed. The wheels are falling off the bus for Proctor & his lawyers trying to create a situation where he doesn’t finish his deposition. This judge seems to say “that’s not how you do this, go do (A)” so then A happens and he will say “that’s not how you do this, go do (B)” etc etc
A lot of motions flying around but not much happening.
The RICO case seems pretty crazy. Nicholas Fiorillo borrowed money for a vacation property, defaulted on it and got sued. Fiorillo countersued and tried to move it to federal court which got dismissed. He then flipped his Cheerios and has tried to sue everyone and anyone.
