Alan Jackson has flown into town today in readiness for the depo.

I don't think any of us could have imagined just how horrifying his texts and views were/are.

Karen, AJ, and a third lawyer were interviewed on the Today show this morning. They play 2 of Proctor's voice messages.

And me and I'm old so have lived through the less politicaly correct years and those text have made me go wow thats bad, very bad. I am so shocked that that has been said by cops. I'm in the UK and at the moment this seems even more shocking considering how our police have been acting recently.

its like n*zi crap. that he was comfortable sending it to another person on a work phone too

The die hard AKR on twitter will never give up slating her. Kate Peter and Julie Carpenter are still going for her and defending Proctor it’s bizarre how people can be faced with him talking about planting evidence on someone and still defend the investigation

After seeing those messages, I dont see how other cases he was involved in are not dismissed if still pending or overturned. Specially the Myles King case. He is the lead investigator and clearly racist, so once again the investigation is completely tainted.

I don't really care for Billy Bush but I thought his youtube show with Alan this morning was pretty good. I also learned that Karen's grandfather was a police officer (I think MA?). And, just because Colin has joined the armed forces doesn't mean he gets out of testifying. Court order takes precedence over anything.

House defendants had a protective order granted today to cover records subpoenaed by KR’s side from the DA’s office. What could there possibly be left to hide at this point
