Well maybe that's the reason he only moved one car then - his work vehicle - because people moved the other vehicle (the surveillance vehicle) and he had his keys with him.
So people saying 'he said he went there to move CARS and he only moved one' - what he says explains this.

Still can't explain the data from the car and the phone can you?
You seem to be a reasonably intelligent person so I’m not sure how it’s beyond you to realise no one answers you about that because of how you speak to them.

There have been multiple theories discussed throughout the various threads.
Choose any one of those and go with it, whatever is said you’ll dismiss right off the bat as being from turtleboy or an FKR group anyway so what’s the point in wasting effort on that?

Still waiting on an alternate theory that fits everything in. Or, is it a case of the defence just saying ‘we don’t know what else could have happened, but just trust us that it wasn’t Karen’?

Not claiming that was said word for word btw.
I know you’re being facetious but this is actually one of the smarter things you’ve said about this case.
Yes! That’s exactly what they’re saying. It's not for the jury to work out what happened. That's for the investigation. Oh wait...

Wow. For all the people that thought the idea of evidence planting and tampering was just a wild conspiracy... you’ve now got it in black and white, Proctor proudly discussing planting coke on people.

Saying goodbye for a while and I know, I know - "don't let the door hit you where the good Lord split you" - no need in announcing it. But, I would just like to say that I've enjoyed the banter and discussion. Just need a break from all the weirdness in the aftermath of this case and also what's going on in the world. So, thanks for the last 8 or so weeks of discussion and debates - I've enjoyed most of it. Take care of yourself everyone!!

Fed up with people on Lawtube commenting that the FBI need to be involved...they already have been and haven't taken any action because there was nothing there.

I'm genuinely interested to know what people actually think happened to John if he wasn't hit by Karen. To me the evidence was there to show there had been a collision nad he never went into the house.
I don’t think anyone knows what happened to John. That’s kind of the point.

I’d love to know what some people think reasonable doubt is? Like what else would you have needed in this case?! Or do you just not accept that part of the law?

The only source of tension recorded in John’s life was Karen. No one else had an issue with him, to the point of wanting to kill him.

There’s been multiple theories from multiple people over the last few threads, feel free to go read back through those when you have a sec 🙂

One day Karen's messages with Yanetti will be leaked. Pretty sure the Police know about thesee but couldn't use them in the trial.

I wonder if everyone will change their minds about her at that point or will they still believe that she is innocent?
Attorney-client privilege ........I think you're telling porkies about being a lawyer......

The abuse that Juror Paula is getting online is crazy. People telling her they hope she’s in the same position as Peggy one day when something happens to one of her kids 😡. And they said the FKR people are crazy and part of a cult 🤷‍♀️

Not sure what you’ve seen? Presumably something on Facebook?! Where are these messages?

But yeah obviously, in the same way that Brian Higgins communication with his lawyer couldn’t be used in trial. For a lawyer you seem to really struggle with pretty basic understanding of the judicial system

Not true. He said the phone could be anywhere within the circles and the circles move each time location is updated. But that' doesn't mean the person is moving that's just the phone trying to update its location. Which is true. He didn't say he had reasonable doubt over the location at all.

But ignore all the other data which is in my post. All of that is indisputable and ignored because it doesn't fit tutleboy's little fantasy story.
It's not undisputed at all but I just can't be bothered to go through the whole trial with you again. It's over. The jurors spent over 20 hours going through all the evidence. What would it take for you to accept the verdict?! Because you just can't admit that the amount of reasonable doubt in this case (specifically this trial) has got nothing at all to do with Turtleboy

I'm bereft. There's those who believe in the data and those who don't, this is a data neutral post as I'm not here for an argument. I sincerely believed and still believe that Karen Read caused John's death, if only by reversing so hard and fast that he leapt out of the way, fell badly and brought about his own death. I don't care if she hit him or not, I don't care if the arm marks were caused by dog, taillight, possum or anything else. If it had not been for KR's actions he would be alive today.

Why am I bereft? Because having spent the last year and more watching fascinating trials on Court TV, and seeing the juries coming to immensely sensible decisions, my faith in the American justice system is broken. So what's the point.

With a better judge, better policing, proper jury sequestration, a restraint on TB's antics, if the outcome was the same I'd at least feel John's case got a fair hearing.

Has anyone heard the updates on the Brian Walshe case, man accused of dismembering his wife? They're now looking to get some important evidence (Google searches about body disposal etc) thrown out as it was collected illegally. Guess who the investigating officer was? Bloody Proctor 🤦‍♀️
