They very clearly consider train rides and public transportation beneath them these days unless it's the Orient Express or one that generates clicks (most expensive/ most scenic/ longest/ overnight).i was thinking this!
1. Do they really need to travel as much as they do?
2. A lot of those journeys could have been done via public transport or with a car??
Would you still watch them if they have a baby? I have no real interest in watching people drag a baby/toddler around (e.g. flying the nest). I watch for escapism and that just kills it for me.Was so gutted for them when that lorry crashed into their van after they’d done all that hard work at least they were able to fix it. I see they recently had another video of them doing more work to the van but haven’t watched that one. I think they’ll have a baby soon from what they said in one of their videos. I think these people have the dream job I’m so jealous especially Kara and Nate the places they get to stay are amazing
Would be a good to keep this thread to K&N.We can always create a tyler a Todd thread, if there's interest
I used to watch them and remember when they visited England. They literally spent like two days in London, ate mediocre fish and chips in a Wetherspoons and moaned all the time about how expensive it was. I think they like travelling in countries where they can Lord it up a bit as rich, white Americans and live very cheaply. I’m from the UK and fully accept there are things in this country that aren’t great, but snarking about a country when you’ve made no real effort to visit it is a bit cheap. I doubt any country comes across at its best if you only visit a tiny bit of the capital city. The Endless Adventure are much more enthusiastic about the UK and have actually made the effort to get off the tourist trail, and I much prefer their videos - Kara and Nate give me a list of places I ever want to visit, The Endless Adventure actually make even the most mundane places seem worth visiting. Why do I get the feeling they are not fans of the UK
Whatever THEY'RE doing is the coolest thing to do. Because they are the coolest. Ever.Uhhh and the fact they don’t know it’s the English/Welsh border not UK, UK is all four countries.
The fact that she put it’s one of the coolest things to do, errr no, there’s a lot of other stuff like surfing in Cornwall, visiting the Highlands, Ben Nevis, soo so much more
I get the impression Nate makes a lot of the decisionsHas anyone watched the interview they did on The Unplanned Podcast? They actually came across really well there. It was refreshing to see Kara without the constant baby voices and crying.
I thought their comments on not having kids was interesting, it sounds like Kara would like to have them but doesn't think it's possible with their lifestyle which is largely driven by Nate. I kind of felt sorry for her as she seems to have come to terms with fact they might never have them. At least that's how I read it.
