The two routes he has done so far are the same ones that most locals do and are considered some of the flatter routes. I might have to go for a run with my Winch friend to see this spectacle in action - his London ways really won’t work in Hampshire!

As much as I think he’s a colossal bell end, at least his pre-London shakeout is 20 mins instead of 10-15km like Wellogs would do.
