Well I’m guessing he reads here because he’s got it now and those comments are gone! No dissent. No criticism. Massive small fool energy. I would hazard a guess they were blocked too.

How does that person know he is not aggressively overtaking or telling people to move out the way? Sounds exactly what someone like bester would do especially with the cameraman on skates following him around… I have seen aggressive overtaking on lapped parkruns often enough, would be surprised if someone like Bester would care about anyone other than himself.
I'm glad people are calling out this type of entitled behaviour, even if he does delete it goes to show we aren't alone in thinking these things. Besters too dumb to reflect on the comments though, his type will persist with the behaviour.

I’ve been late to a park run once or twice when I’ve run there and mis timed it, so just caught the back as they were heading off… I find myself apologising as i ran past people. Yes in a race it feels good to overtake and catch people. But park run is not a race. And something smug and arrogant about doing it deliberately.

So the test showed his VO2 Max is 71.1, but because he didn't give it all it was predicted/extrapolated it would actually be 78. No, it's 71.1.
You forgot the part where he concluded that it’s probably 75 because he of course had more in the tank. He recognised he couldn’t claim 78 because he didn’t hit that. He is a bit dim isn’t he?
My guess: it couldn’t possibly be anything below the 72 that Garmin predicted…
