You are totally right your eye is drawn to the emoji then the capital letters.I’m not sure if it’s just me being an idiot but I find her ads very sneaky. She sticks to the rules by putting “ad” in the caption but by putting the emoji after it, your eye is automatically drawn to the next sentence …especially when that sentence starts with a word in block letters.
