I had the impression that the horrible relationship with AH and the trial were quite therapeutic for him.

When he testified he said that he realised that a lot of his childhood traumas had been reenacted with AH.

Trauma is often the reason for drink and drug abuse and maybe he is now able to be less dependent on these narcotics.

My friend and I were just talking about how the media was trying to tell what happened in the trial even though we were watching it live. They really tried to get us to believe that what we were seeing and hearing live was not what happened. It's the first time I ever really noticed the media trying to twist things or rather paid attention to it.

That was the advantage of it being broadcast live. If it hadn't been, people would have believed what was printed.

I’ve just found these threads. Very glad that it’s not pro heard. I’m sure Johnny, as a millionaire well known (at least past) fan of drugs, has his faults. But the things she said even about that didn’t make sense. The “cavity search” she claimed he performed in order to find his cocaine for example. She also claimed he keeps his cocaine in a huge jar, which she gesticulated to be bigger than her own head. I’m sure Johnny, in his nearly 60 years of living, is familiar with the female anatomy. So why would he be looking there for his massive jar cocaine? If it were a small amount, being a millionaire, it seems unlikely he would waste time performing such a search, when in that time he could have had more cocaine dropped off at his house. I believe she has either googled or her involvement with me too has given her exposure to stories of women from more common financial backgrounds, where drug addicts do end up doing these things.


Anyway, that’s just one of the things I found contradictory about her claims. I disliked her before this because she is a wel known and documented abuser. There are videos of her abusing her sister online. She is a weapons grade cunt.

You can sort of make out his argument from the replies- his argument is based on contract law, and makes assertions about the contents of the settlement which he has not seen (and may not actually exist)... as by all accounts nothing has been filed with the court.

All that has actually happened is they have dropped the appeals.
Which is somewhat surprising in Johnny's case, given that it relates to attorney client privilege, and unethical conduct by Elaine.

But we shall see.

I have a theory as to why he's decided to settle......that being POTC 6.....He wanted it done and dusted as the rumour mill is suggesting filming will start in 2023-2024. Emily D Baker said the appeal could be two years away. Depp has proven his point, despite Heard twisting the narrative again

I am angry thinking about the C4 documentary episodes... I knew rightly they would do this. Why are the MSM still so reluctant to see that Johnny was a victim to this psycho bitch? It's absolutely awful.

It's crazy how the Aquaman 2 saga is still ongoing though, it feels like it's the longest film to ever be made! Have they still not finished it

JD was dropped like a stone from Disney the minute she opened her lying trap with her lies, yet WB can't even find the guts to do the same to her. Why are they so hesitant? Why are they keeping her at all, even if they've cut her down to 10 minutes? If it had have been a man, there would be no will-they-won't-they, no question or cutting down to a lesser time, it would have been a recast, no matter how inconvenient it might have been. I am wondering if they're trying to use the situation for hype and get more people to go and watch the film, but I personally find it would do the opposite, it's off putting.

To claim she is an Israeli citizen , she must have resided in Israel for a minimum of three out of five years. To get citizenship over here in the UK, you must have 'indefinite leave to remain' - for 5 years plus another 12 months on top. Amber is a trier . It's only a few months since she sold her house in California!

But…it’s her making the statement? I’m not aware he has ever mentioned her name. Her statement is a bit weird “leave US alone” seeing as she appears to be speaking for him as well as herself.

If as she claims, she has never met him, she might just have said it that way as a general swipe at the way the media constantly speculate over celebrities. I’m inclined to believe her, to claim they aren’t dating and by lying is one thing…but to claim she has never met him and by lying is another…it would only take one photo or “source close to the star” to make her appear dishonest.

I think it’s media nonsense, they’ve been linked because they both know Tim Burton, there’s no other obvious reason for the link. Tim and JD haven’t worked together for years and there is no public information that they’ve been socialising within the timeframe he has filmed with Jenna, plus there’s no evidence that Jenna socialised even with Tim outside of work.

Unfortunately JD’s name is now such easy clickbait that this stuff can’t be prevented. If he responds to rumours they will just write more clickbait about his reply and make even more ad money from using his name…so unless it’s a really serious allegation the best way for the stories to go away naturally is to not comment at all. If he takes a newspaper to court for lying he has to prove they knew they were lying and prove the harm that it has done him…as there are too many papers and stories, many of which are only doing small damage at a time. It would cost millions and not achieve anything. He upset the media by suing The Sun, they reacted by using safety in numbers by all writing these type of gossip unfounded stories about him to make it clear they won’t allow him to stop them making money off his name or allow him to have control over what they write.

It would be interesting to see what part Warner Brothers played in this...
