I've read so many stories over the years about stuff happening like that on sets and if anyone did get the nerve to complain, they were seen as uptight just because they didn't want someone's dick within a feet of them.

One of the worst was David Boreanaz who constantly dropped his trousers on the Buffy set with no underwear on so his dingle got a good dangle. When he and James Marsters who played Spike did interviews together, he would be laughing like a teen who had heard the word boobs for the first time talking about the dumb shit he got up to on set, thinking he was so funny and either too stupid or not caring that even if he got a laugh from those there, it was a 'wow' one and not a 'Dude, you are so hilarious' chuckle. I wonder if James felt the same when he was doing Torchwood and John was showing his tiny acorn to everyone on set?
I used to be a huge torchwood fan and I recall a story James told at a Convention, I think it was, about how he (James) threatened to punch John in the face and walked off set because John either got a bit too handsy or did his bit of flashing. Apparently John had to go apologise to him to get him back on set. So I think you can probably guess from that that he was not Impressed by his antics one bit 😬

Schofield comes out on tv to elicit sympathy ( hes so brave, etc) - whats brave about that? A pained poor-hard-done-by expression all over his face, etc ....
He only came out to circumvent the real news coming out over that teen lad .
And all the stories of him being a backstage bully were instantly stopped. His time will come….I hope!

Just watching SAS - taking no responsibility for assuming all his colleagues wanted to see his bloody knob , and defending his actions ...press had it in for him ...Err No ! wanting all and sundry to see you naked is not wholesome, funny, a turn on, acceptable or anything on the normal scale. You're just a fucking pervert ...own up and get therapy...sick bastard ...and don't get me started on the orange hair!

Problem is no one has ever actually said put it away John!
Seeing the q&a Torchwood session with Noel Clarke & a couple of other stars of the show it was kind of accepted almost like an initiation, werent truly part of Torchwood till John put his dick on your shoulder! I personally would have his it with a heavy book!! But that's me.

Good hearted? Popping your knob onto someone’s shoulder isn’t just boisterous behaviour! Should’ve been prosecuted.
Most overrated Scottish American whatever the hell accent I will use around ….no wonder the tour is cancelled, as he should be!

As Jim Royle would say 'mental breakdown my arse'. He's a disgusting entitled pervert who is only pissed that he can't wave his cock around at any given moment any more. He can get in the fucking bin and stay there.
Agreed. To me he was the sort of guy who thought he could just about do anything he wanted. All jazz hands and turkey teef.

I think John Barrowman is vile. He just does not seem to get that what he did is not acceptable. It’s not “tomfoolery“ it’s offensive, not in the least bit funny and some of the accounts of what he did verge on sexual assault. Who the hell honestly thinks someone waving their dick around to all and sundry in the workplace is funny?

I just don't get it, I'm 40 and I can't think any time in my life in any setting where his behaviour would have been OK or accepted as jokey.

Just because it wasn't sexual assault (which could be debatable) or intended sexually isn't the point. It could be intimidating or just plain making people uncomfortable. You can lighten the mood without your dick. And the fact celebs that like to call out bad behaviour appear to support him is incredible disappointing and hypocritical

He always portrays himself as Mr Nice guy and I firmly believe in life that people (male or female) that's are always nicey nice, try to be everyone's friend etc aren't to be trusted.

He also seemed to think captain Jack was more of a big a deal than he really was. Then the surprising leap to Hollywood, it just all fed an already out of control ego
Absolutely! He was a side returning character, and his absurd overacting made even David Tennant look restrained. His desperation when keeping asking to come back was embarrassing.

He used to be constantly mooning, be it at Dr Who conventions, while being interviewed on the radio to embarrass the presenter or on his own Twitter feed. I remember seeing him chatting in an interview on YouTube where he thought it hilarious that he poked his cock through a hole in the wall on the Torchwood set and thought it hilarious when Eve Myles unwittingly saw it / touched it 🤢. There was also a video of Eve Myles saying he whipped it out when he got out a car and moved it back and forth like a windscreen wiper.

yeah his tv career is over. He’s probably got some weird die hard fans so maybe he’ll do small venues to get by but after the ITV drop he won’t work there again. His biggest role was obviously Doctor Who but there’s no way they’d ever invite him back either. I think his childish tantrum reaction to the backlash on his behaviour really turned a lot of people off. I don’t remember any sort of genuine apology or reevaluating his actions. He just seemed to keep biting back on social media like a child

I'm surprised he got the chance in first place, but I love that he bailed so quick. Kind of confirms everything I'd thought about his character.

Yeh he was kinda saying he was messing about to make people laugh during nude scenes.

no acknowledgement even that it was inappropriate and he sees why it made people uncomfortable.

just a dig at the media and press. he puked then left telling the SAS dudes the show is not for him.

pity as it was an opportunity for them to confront him about it all and maybe get him to understand the wrongness of it all.

Interesting that “This Morning” did a feature today on flashers and how very often this could lead to more serious sexual assaults. Now I’m not saying for 1 minute that JB is in that category but given the news he was dropped yesterday and then this today, I’m amazed nobody has brought this up.

That video is uncomfortable to watch in all sorts of ways. The behaviour described of John Barrowman and Noel Clarke's insistence at re-telling it and demonstrating with the microphone, when the other guests clearly want to move on and talk about something else. It's awkward in the extreme.
