Imagine the things that could be mentioned that will be completely ignored.. The ‘jingle bell ball are ya ready?’ viral moment . The fact that for her first single she painted herself brown for the video and spent a stupid amount of money to have someone appear in it who is now in prison for sex trafficking crimes the most entertaining things will not be mentioned. She will really try and act like she’s living a peaceful life and in love when they’re only together because she found out she was pregnant. She’s always said she didn’t want kids.. She now has two with a guy she was broken up with the whole show is gonna be a ‘feel sorry for me’ vibe.

Is it just me being harsh but if she is actually dating and having time to put into new relationships I find that crazy! Not saying stay single forever but shittt focus on your kids for awhile ffs they should be her number 1 main priority at the mo

Assuming her mum is doing a lot of the work (and it’s serious work, literally giving 24/7 nursing care to not one but two disabled babies who need tube feeding, meds, physio and oxygen when sleeping) I would be concerned that the poor woman is going to burn out. Especially if Jesy is too inept to turn on a washing machine. Here’s hoping she puts more effort into her children than doing the laundry.

I’m watching it now - I don’t think her mum is actually helpful for her. Like when the doctor is telling that they may not survive and she was trying to be strong with Zion and her mums in the background absolutely sobbing while her sister is trying to like calm her. She mollycoddles her wayyyy too much you can tell her mums internal panic makes her worse.

Edit: Zions mum was talking to him in such a positive way and not panicked all the time worried. Just why do you feel this way, let’s talk about it - let’s be strong while her mum is worried too much about how Jesy will react to x y z

I never get the media’s obsession with keeping bands in touch and wanted all of them to remain besties. Like do any normal people keep in touch with everyone they’ve ever worked with. Also if someone was horrible to me and I healed and moved on. A tragedy or sadness in their life wouldn’t pull me back to them.

When it first came out they had broken up she was happy to let people trash him everywhere because they presumed he had left her and the kids. Last month it finally came out that she had ended the relationship. But here we are again with people going back to thinking he left them and she's staying quiet about it all. Hopefully the same news outlets that were happy to post articles about him being "out of his depth" will pick up on his statement. I mean be nice if Jesy shared it but guessing that probably won't happen!

I feel like there’s a pattern here. She’s great at putting her narrative and “truth” out there and will happily allow other people to bash others based on that info.

‘It feels like, because there are three of them against one, there is some ganging up going on here. It doesn’t feel right.’

The three of them remain close friends, often gushing over each other in interviews and supporting one another at gigs - but they have certainly made it clear they still have lingering animosity towards Jesy.

Sources tell the Daily Mail that, following Jesy’s exit from the group, there was an ‘obvious PR campaign’ to ensure that the trio emerged on top from the fallout.

In 2021, Leigh-Anne accused her former friend of ‘blackfishing’ [trying to appear black through hair and makeup] in the music video for Jesy’s solo hit Boyz in leaked messages with influencer NoHun.

It blew up into the biggest showbiz scandal of the year, with friends of Leigh-Ann, Perrie, and Jade stirring up a media backlash against Jesy.

‘There’s poor Jesy out on her own; she has always felt like the odd one out and it has been hard for her,’ said the source.

‘With what has happened to her babies, you would think that the others might want to bury the hatchet. Sadly it seems like that’s no longer a possibility.’

This sort of stuff is why I'm never going to hold it against the other girls for speaking out. They were pretty generous about letting Jesy spin the narrative for years, and she's still out here profiting by talking shit about Little Mix; it doesn't shock me that one of the girls finally reached their breaking point with it. Jesy is going to spend the rest of her life hiding behind her children's disabilities and using them to solidify the fact that she is always the victim in every situation ever, and that makes me so sad for her little ones.

Black women are statistically most likely to have twins of any other racial/ethnic group (though the data I saw on a quick Google was for the US, not sure if it's different in the UK, Caribbean, Africa, etc.) Not sure about how paternity impacts that though.

Ahh that explains why Jesy is having twins then. She is black after all.

All these X Factor kids feel like the world owes them something because the were on a tv show. They haven’t grafted to get record deals the way many artists would. It leaves them in awkward positions in the music industry, even if they’re super talented there’s a bias against them. Some people don’t make it. Move on or go back to college. They’re all young enough. I’m so bored of all these influencers and Z list celebs getting shows. It’s so lazy. I don’t care what they’re doing, between this attention seeker & borebag Molly Mae.

One of the worst things about X-Factor was how contestants were encouraged to cry about how awful having a 'normal' job was and to act like they'd die if they had to work retail or do construction or whatever. Jobs that millions do without complaint because that's the way of life. I think it gave that generation of youngsters who grew up watching the show a real complex about 'regular' jobs and how they 'deserved more'.

It wound me up so much at the time and still does.

Please don’t misunderstand me, I’m of course sure she’s absolutely devastated her babies are so poorly etc but she seems to be revelling in another reason to be in the spotlight. She’s not relatable at all with the full glam and constantly talk about the other girls. She’s her own worst enemy and just can’t keep her gob shut. She must be draining to be around!

I do actually feel for her, this sounds like a pretty hard thing to go through. Like yeah it’s private and don’t get why she needs to be all over the internet with it, but also wouldn’t wish any harm to her or the babies.

Didn't like her myself, however wouldn't wish SMA on my worst enemy I understand her campaigning. The diagnosis was delayed until the twins were 6 months old 90 percent of the motor neurones die by 6 months you can't grow them back even with the gene therapy if there was newborn screening her babies might have been able to walk now they are needing Bipap at and NG tube Jesy herself said they might never be able to lift up their own heads they are severely affected by this and it's both babies. Just awful the sooner they do the newborn screening the better.
