100%!! She may be a nice person but everything is for attention and to speak on things “as a woman” is very weird. I hope she doesn’t have any fans as an influencer because there’s bound to be people out there who aspire to be just like her. She’s living a fantasy life and posts positive tit about what it takes to make you happy and it’s just the most ironic thing ever. I think the posting asking for a nose surgeon was a turning point in the wrong direction for her. To ask that so publicly and then reacting to someone. She always has to come across as perfect etc when honestly she must be miserable every day! Can’t see any real friends sticking around.I think what I find unsettling as a woman, is the constant quotes about what it means to be a woman (which is complete bollocks, missing the mark as usual and focusing on the vacuous narcissism I would expect) when she's only been a woman for one year or something.

Nothing can fix the nose without some rib bone to restructure it. The Botched doctors told her that was necessary. At the time he didn’t want his 6 pack abs he had done scarred up with that. What I will never understand, are the people who leave comments on the comments page of the Daily Mail et al, calling Alves "stunningly brave" or a "natural beauty." I find the comments quite cruel, and merely encourage Alves to have more surgery.
