It’s not a thing yet But with all the “ trans rights” I can see many saying it’s discriminatory not to allow them. This is where things get really messy as far as law goes. Medically there is no beneficial reason to do this for any trans woman- my understanding is they wouldn’t be able to menstruate as they have no ovaries ( unless the transplant included all of that) , and they couldn’t sustain a pregnancy. I hope medical will ensure that the criteria ensures this can’t be hijacked and misused. I’m all for trans / LBGT etc rights but you don’t waste organs on vanity projects . I totally agree with those saying this is purely cosplay for alves and another way to access more surgery. The hole (let’s not insult women and call it a vagina) is created by hollowing out the penis, drilling a hole into the pelvis and then putting it in inside out. Sorry I'm a bit behind on the thread...but in reference to Jessica having a child, for so many reasons, it's a big no.
And it's nothing to do with her not loving a child, at all. I'm sure she has much love to give.
My worry ( amongst other things) is that she's such high maintenance. There's no way you could spend that much time on your own appearance when you have a little one, especially in the early days. I dunno, maybe a child would change her entire perception of the world, and for the better. But it's too huge a risk.
Plus I don't think she will make old bones, at all.
I do feel sorry for her ( after being annoyed on occasion) as I don't think they will ever truly find what they are looking for
Of course this is a very basic description of how I feel, the ins and outs of course could be dissected infinitely

I agree there must be an issue re mental illness here, because he said that once he became a "woman" (which he most certainly isn't) that would be it yet he's continued having surgeries. It's like it's an obsession, chasing after the unattainable.

I can't recall the exact source, but I read that for some with gender dysphoria, that having surgery makes the mental illness worse (and their reality harder to bear), because with each and every surgery, they realise that they're not actually the sex they're trying to become. Yet for many, instead of ceasing, they continue to chase the unattainable.

So yes, in JA's case, he's not a woman, nor will he ever be because a woman is an adult human female, and JA is an adult human man, and irregardless of how much surgery and hormones he takes, his male biology is coded into every single one of his cells.

Regrettably, and scandalously, while pharmaceutical companies and doctors can monetise gender dysphoria (rather than in most cases, treat it like the mental illness it is), there will be many more JAs.
