I have never seen a pharmacist with a crop top and leather joggings on while getting a prescription! I find the dynamic odd between her and Kearney seems very cold and business like..no newly married bubble. You don't have to manically journal every morning..you can just grab a slice of toast, fire an instant coffee you made into you as you run out the door realising your late again. Have something from the hot food counter for lunch. Get a chippy for tea cos you can't be arsed cooking and snuggle up to your other half who loves you for being you. Just a thought Jess.

It's the masks and the supplements and the facials and all the other stuff. If she just chilled out for 2.5 seconds she'd need none of it

I don't know why it annoys me so much all the pharmacy posts she's doing on her 'breaks' too.. like I'm sure they're helpful for people so it's probably just me being annoyed by her 😂 but can she not just chill on her break rather than spouting off all her pharmacy information.. I'd say she definitely would prefer to be an Instagram pharmacist and not have to work 5 days a week

Yes I think she is gunning for TV or other media spots as the expert.

I’d say she is a laughing stock from people in the profession. She’s dressed like a tart & lecturing people with information that’s printed on the back of the boxes. It’s idiotic

A tart is a bit much like, yeah inappropriate for working in a pharmacy but she’s hardly wearing revealing clothes and big heels 🫠

I think she's so on edge and anxious that's she's afraid to stop for 1 minute. Could be the grief too.

She really needs to take time out. Let the grief hit. It will be tough but it has to come out. She's on the go non stop. It's not normal. Even the speed she reads books. It's all go go go with her.

But apparently she’s an authority on grief as well? All the “tips” she gives out to cope.

I often wondered that, how influencers have time to read and do all the posting &time online. I don’t get half as much read and I’d say I spend 1/10th of the time they do online!

to be fair I think the death of her dad is affecting her and this can result in isolation from those we

This. Grief is something that everyone reacts differently to but after listening to her on Brian dowlings podcast I think she’s having a hard time with it. I really feel for her 💔

I wonder this too 😂 even this morning I slept in for work, checked on Instagram and jess is up and stretching and working out before work, makes me wonder what I'm doing wrong 😂 I do wish I had some of their determination to get it all done, most days I'm lucky if I find time to get a walk in after work!
I agree she is struggling with the grief for her dad, she might benefit from taking some time off social media and sitting with herself rather than being so busy to distract herself from it

Yeah, it’s all very unattainable. I’m crawling out of bed and just about getting to work and these ones have gotten up at 5am, done a workout, made breakfast, meditate, done a “gratitude journal”, worshiped the sun, etc. I often wonder would if that stuff is all for the gram or do they genuinely enjoy torturing themselves in the morning 😂

I don't think its healthy to never stop ever. If she had to stop everything all at once for some reason she'd implode. Not healthy at all. She doesn't inspire me I just roll my eyes at the constant exercise, food, books, holidays, advice advice advice always go go go go. Think she needs to be off social media and seek professional help to get well and grieve away from the gaze of strangers. I wish her the best in recovery

She's surviving. Her coping mechanism is staying busy, "being productive", having a laundry list of things to get done every day and making sure "wellness" is included high up on the agenda there so she can claim it's all good and healthy and she's an inspiration to us all. When 'wellness' is operated like a military exercise of getting up at X am and journalling / gyming / meditating at Y am and then never resting ever, it's really just an addiction that functions like any other addiction and is about numbing and avoiding self acceptance.

Super productivity - the strongest and most socially acceptable addiction out there. I feel for her as I've recently done some therapy and learned that I spent half my life "hustling" in busy / chaotic jobs in order to avoid my issues, it's such an easy trap to fall into and society gives you a big aul pat on the back for it all. But all it leads to is burnout and depression and an escalation of any underlying issues you might be prone to E.G an eating disorder.

So well put! Highly functioning depression is real. I wish this was recognized more openly. I recently gained back a lot of work life balance and bam 💥 then it hits you. She seems like such a delicate soul, I feel for her.

Drives me mad when she quotes expressions that are so not her - like at the end of her work day the pic of her & the pal saying ‘out the gap’ 😳 she clearly saw this on doireann Garrihy’s stories last night and thought she’d use it, except it’s so not a thing she’d ever say, it’s not a Dublin saying at all. So fake
