She needs to understand to be a good liar you need a good memory. She was at yoga class unless she doesn’t count that lol

She 100% makes up the questions herself

All her insecurities has stemmed from dating Rob. She looked very different at the start of their relationship. Then he bought her a gym membership for Christmas and it triggered off. It was like she was trying so hard to hold on to him. They look like friends in photos. Zero chemistry.

She made up those questions clearly lol

I agree they actually look like brother and sister or best friends. Such a weird vibe!

This insta hun is showing us a perfect example of how these “influencers” can’t deal with working 5 day working week. Can she be anymore painful with these finished work posts. She’ll probably take 4 weeks off now.

The thing I don’t understand is .. I thought people with eating disorders view their body shape in a negative way. So why does she post so many bikini photos at her first opportunity when on holiday and all very fitted clothing sometimes not leaving much to the imagination…?

Constant food bombardment, not even Darina Allen posts that much food content. And love the validation for the strict exercising she’s getting by doing podcasts with her favourite gym…as well as now posting workouts and workout journal entries. Make it stop make it stop! 😩😩😩😩
On a different topic, I’ve noticed Glenda Gilson looking scarily thin and not even model thin - emaciated looking and I think Glenda is sound but she’s not looking terribly healthy.

There can be a perverse sense of pride and superiority that comes with being underweight / skinnier than other people. Particularly when it’s resulted from your own extreme behaviours. No doubt EDs are fuelled by negative self image and toxic self criticism. But I used to love the jealous looks I’d get from other women and increased attention from a certain type of man when I was far too skinny for my frame. It felt like an acknowledgment of all of the hard work and food anxiety and extreme behaviours I had to go through to stay at that weight.

EDs are complicated, horrific old things. The constant instastories of indulgent desserts and baking and calorie rich dinners she definitely isn’t eating just show to me that she’s deep in disordered thinking with it all.

I don’t really get that mentality, I have never looked at a skinny / underweight woman and thought wow I’m so jealous, they look amazing! Personally I don’t like the skinny look at all. I’m average weight with curves and when I was really skinny at one stage in my life due to a more active lifestyle, interestingly I actually got less male attention than when I have curves! My friend and I commented on this cause she experienced something similar.
I think with some women that ultra skinny, underweight obsession has something do with control, competition, etc. or something else that is affecting them mentally. The irony in reality is that they’d be deluded to think it’s more attractive/desirable to be underweight !
I also question the type of man that prefers a child like body!

It's not mentality, or delusions, it's an illness and a devastating one at that. My issue with Jess is that she's set herself up, and is paid by brands, as someone to aspire to be, the perfect body etc. We'll never know how many women and girls she has influenced in a dangerous way

Yeh I get that I suppose. She looked amazing a few years back but now I just don’t see her as having the ‘perfect body’ at all. But I suppose young girls may not see it that way and could be influenced negativity.
