Some amount of rubbish in the latest stories…
“Look at your diet before supplementing”
“But someone an Easter egg as random acts of kindness”
Like come on, could I make a fortune typing the obvious??
She’s just non stop talking rubbish. She’s a bluffer. And now to top it all off she’s recoding a podcast. She’s just a pure pain in the hole

I found that when people have nothing to do or have lost their way this is the stuff that is posted. Utter fluff. Busy, secure people don't have the time or inclination for it.

That’s what anorexics do. They obsess over food in the weirdest way. Think they’re fooling people into thinking they eat it etc to hide their eating disorder. Very sad .

Yeah she's definitely not eating easter eggs and donuts and big roast dinners and all the baked treats she insists on making twice a week. Starvation leads to food fixation, obsessing over high calorie foods and feeding others.

Sorry but you're all guessing at all this and it's really nasty.

I'm currently in hosp with med complications of anorexia and your speculation is wayyyy off. You're making up stories in your head. Even if she does have an issue, you shouldn't be speculating.
Criticise her clothes or content but stop diagnosing her with a mental illness.

It’s fairly obvious. Wouldn’t take an expert to notice judging on all of her behaviours. As a doctor I see this all the time in practice

Maybe it’s a bit unfair, but I personally find it wholly unethical and irresponsible for a clearly unnaturally underweight person to be promoting clothing and wellness and shopping her gym workouts and food obsessions all over instagram as if it’s aspirational. She’s cashing in on being an “influencer” while she flaunts her rib cage and dangerously tiny limbs all over the place. Who’s likely to be influenced by this? Young impressionable women who thinks she’s a role model because she’s married to a rugby player and lives a lavish lifestyle. I was one of those once and I couldn’t call out the Kate Moss heroin chic posters of my day because I thought that was what I was “supposed” to look like. And I’ve had an eating disorder. And others on this thread who’ve also had eating issues have cited how triggering she is. So ya, gonna call out the toxic behaviour as long as I see it.

I'm sorry to hear you're unwell and maybe this conversation makes you uncomfortable because of your own personal experience, but it is a conversation that needs to be had. Tattle allows for this as her insta is awash with people telling her she's great and an inspiration instead of commenting on the glaringly obvious horrorific image she is selling of wellness. If you are saying were are all wrong then I'm guessing you must know her. So maybe she doesn't have an ED, but she has herself even said she had been on a weight gain journey then fallen back into old habits. So whether she has a diagnosis or not, she is aware she is not the correct weight and has no problem profiting off her emaciated frame all while dancing around what is going on. The constant food imagery is shocking as no one consumes that much food so what is she actually doing? Her frame isn't my issue with her, it's her attitude and lack of concern for any one she is causing harm to, all that seems important to her is cashing in on her new found notoriety. Anyways, get well soon and maybe keep off her thread as it's not a rave thread and will upset you more ❤

Yes, the majority of these posts come from genuine worry and accountability for her following. I’ve never followed her thread until I noticed and came here and I wasn’t wrong. I had a mild ED years ago and I feel like it’s something where it takes one to know one, it’s a complicated illness and she shows all the signs. She’s admitted to it as well. This thread of full of more educated comments rather than commenting on her appearance and clothing. I find that more toxic. I can tell you now that I was obsessed with “thinspiration” on the internet. It was my main driver at first…I nearly worshipped some of these models, even was on a site that encouraged it.
I’m sorry to hear you’re suffering, but i truly feel she is better getting help than ruining her accountability and more importantly her health as she’s in the medical/pharma field. She’s been through a lot and seemed to be doing much better several months ago, it’s sad to see her relapse.
Very sorry to hear what you’re going through and Wishing you the best on your recovery 🕯 💜

Thanks. I'm not triggered by it so it's cool. Not here for a rave either. But I can tell you, she 💯 doesn't have an ED. Overexercising yes, but the food isn't the issue. She protests a bit too much alright, abd it looks like ED behavior with the constant food posts. I'm not saying how I know, she she's honestly fine.

The only reason I stand up for her, is cos people accusing me of having an issue (correctly) is what really kicked off my prob and made me more secretive if that makes sense. Discuss it all you like, but I am begging for her sake, don't contribute to turning a struggle which she's getting sorted, it's a shameful experience. Maybe lay off the body/food commentary and focus on her ads etc? Some of the language here is mean, presumptuous and could make a difficult situation worse.🙂

I'm in great hands and for first time in ages have hope I can get better.

She’s just posted ED advice regarding weight gain rantingqueen so not to argue with you and wish you well but I do believe her posting is very inappropriate. Also this is tattle so you are asked not to mod other posters we can post and discuss instagrammers

I can relate to the shame connected to EDs and how concern can be a trigger. But jesus, the amount of people who told me how fabulous I looked when I transformed into a tiny, non menstruating version of myself was truly disturbing. Jess seems to get a lot of that on her insta and it’s probably validating to her that she looks “fabulous” and “the best shape she’s ever been in” etc when she clearly is unwell.

It’s a balance here between compassion for what she’s going through and consideration for the hundreds of thousands of an audience she has who may be viewing her as thinspiration and an idea of how they “should” look. I don’t care what anonymous posters say, she most definitely has a problem with food and control and restriction - she’s as much as said it before - and I hope she gets through it and has the support she needs.

She’s planning on going full time but then doing locum work to spend time with friends and family. Why bother qualifying. She cannot become an online expert, she is dangerously unwell and is a toxic online presence

I cannot believe Jess has posted ED advice whilst showing and holding in her already thin stomach. What was she thinking? She’s not a professional, she should not be giving advice on this complex and sensitive subject especially not with a photo like that, justifying it saying it was about clothes. . Inappropriate doesn’t even cover it. Her page is verging on dangerous to young, vulnerable impressionable people. 😡

I really hope you’re ok but Jesus Christ I’m no doctor but it’s fairly obvious the girl has serious issues. She is 100% underweight and if she DIDN’T have a problem then surely she would see this and she wouldn’t have a fear of putting on weight. I am recovering from an ED so I know all the signs. The fear of putting on weight is overwhelming. In relation to the food pics, I had to promise myself not to post any pictures of food ever again and I can tell you it was extremely difficult. If Jess was told not to post any food pictures, I think she would give up on Insta.

The jumper is rotten. I think someone said here before that she is not a registered pharmacist so shouldn't be calling herself one
Jess is on the pharmacist register now.
I hope everything works out well for her because she has worked hard to complete two challenging college degrees.
