I think the issue those of us have with the situation is the usage of the word "first" every time. Does she need to bring up the loss? No, of course not. But titling a video "Shopping for baby!" instead of "First time baby shopping!" is the perfect way to acknowledge to those that know about the loss without opening it up for questions to those that don't.

Yeah I really think at the end of the day even though she has put her life online etc, she shared her first pregnancy so obviously had to address what had happened. I thought at first it was strange how she deleted all the pics and videos, however I kind of it get it now. I can understand not wanting to focus on that and just focus on her current pregnancy at the time. Completely up to her how she chooses to deal with it. Iv never been through that so who am I to judge. So happy to see her and nick have a lovely healthy boy now. I do think they will be good parents
Yeah I don’t want to be too graphic but at that gestation it’s not like baby in the size of a blueberry and you could pass it without noticing. Absolutely no doubt it was traumatic for her, of course her birth will have been different, but she would have had to deliver him nonetheless.
Agreed that she doesn’t have the mention it at all, but just avoid using the word ‘first’ unless it is something she’s truly doing for the first time. I appreciate that ‘first’ brings in more views, but it still feels a bit tasteless.
At that late in pregnancy, you would usually go into labour or something very similar. Very unlikely you would pass it without noticing.
This is what I was saying before. She doesn't need to address it. Just word it differently.
Especially because I'm sure she mentioned at the time about helping people or mentioning other people that may follow her going through the same thing or have gone through the same thing. Can't remember the exact wording. So she will have a lot of followers that possibly followed because of that too
It feels like some of you just want something to complain about in all honesty. Us normies going through that kind of loss wouldn’t be getting asked about it very day or it getting discussed by randoms over and over again. Whether she chose this career or not doesn’t matter, it’s still extremely difficult and odd scenario to deal with in her shoes. Jazzy does my nut in and has many things bitchable about her, but this is something she gets some grace from in my eyes. Grief is a complex emotion, I’m not going to tit on her for not wanting to make her rainbow baby feel like their entire existence is about their sibling who never got to be.

She didn’t get the birth she wanted, but I did shed a tear, birth is not easy & she might have been whiney but that is understandable & her baby was born healthy and that is all that matters. We will be given more details when she’s ready to tell us..
Lastly, I had a feeling they knew the gender but kept it to themselves, rightly so. Having another boy may and probably will have brought up some trauma.

I really feel for her that she didn't get her perfect birth as you could see the trauma when she was panicking something was wrong, but considering basically all pain relief failed her she did so well.
she should hire Nick out as a birthing partner he was amazing with her, as were the midwives.

Even at the height of her labour she was still saying she loves him all the time, and I thought it was so telling that even in the moments after the baby was born, Nick consistently asked Jasmine if she was okay too. I'm happy for them.

I can’t watch the vlog as I’ve only just recently had a really traumatic birth. Can somebody summarise please? How come it didn’t go to plan?
Oh bless her. To be honest I’m sobbing after watching that. I don’t think she was being whiny at all, especially given that the pain relief failed! It must have been frightening and confusing for her at times if her body wasn’t reacting well to the drugs.

Nick was wonderfully supportive, expressing so much love and compassion and all of his words of reassurance and encouragement. After baby arrived there’s a moment where he says behind the camera “hello…oh my god” and you can just hear a moment of overwhelm in his voice like it’s suddenly hit him. 🥹
I’m so pleased for them. I don’t generally do baby content as someone who is child-free, somewhat by choice although not totally. But with Jas I was keen to know that it had all gone okay as I’ve watched her since she first started YT.

40 hours of labour. The pain relief she had failed her, the temp one before the epidural gave her a bad trip, she explains in some text only parts of the vlog that she lost a lot of blood. She was also concerned around the 33hr mark that she thought there was something wrong and she also didn't get the water birth she had hoped for as there was only one on the ward and someone was using it.
I didn’t mean whiney in her labour, she was anything but. She bleeping smashed it giving the circumstances
Her labour was exactly like my first. My daughter was back to back and came out face first ....I tore badly and had a total of 33 stitches. I hope Jazz doesn't let this traumatic birth put her off having another baby. I had my son three years later, a four hour labour with no pain relief.....and no tearing..
Ah that vlog brought a tear to my eye, I can only imagine the fear they felt until baby was safe in their arms. Particularly when Jaz was worried something was wrong during the labour and then after when she said he is struggling. Nick did fantastic, what a lovely birth partner he is. I wish them every happiness.

I didn’t mean she was whiney in her labour, altho it looks like that. She was whiney leading up to it, and very naive, that’s why I believe she never had a proper labour during her unfortunate first pregnancy.
That determination she showed pushing him out so there was no emergency section, not sure I would have been able to endure that & that alone makes her so incredibly brave!
Again. Baby is beautiful & happy he arrived safe.
Just watched her birth vlog. That poor girl really went through it but omg I sobbed when it cut to the baby on her chest 🥹🥹 the relief she must of felt. Also can we talk about what an absolute angel nick was???!! He was so supportive saying all the right things. Handled it all with such love and care. Oh it was lovely I’m so glad she and baby are ok. I had such a traumatic birth quite similar to hers! I was 16 years old it was so frightening.
