I wonder if they’ll make Blue and Rumi into part of a girl band with them as the ‘stars’. Awful to be parading them around. They are kids and too young to understand the implications of fame at a young age when they should be at school and hanging out with their friends.
Only one can be Beyoncé though - the other Solange. Wonder if Beyoncé is waiting to see which one is most popular and then push on with that one.

How tedious a non-event does 'mama tinas' book look. That woman is stinking rich off collabs, advertising and now a big book deal purely on the basis of having a pop star daughter. Sick of seeing her frozen angry half asleep face. These fandoms who treat the mother as an extension of the music need to duck off. If there was any actual tea spilt in that book Beyonce would never have allowed it to see the light of day.

I saw a clip of her on the red carpet wearing something revealing and talking some guff about how she was doing it for the 70 year old women out there. She does the same thing Madonna does of trying to position her ability to access plastic surgery, radical health and ageing interventions, stylists, PTs and chefs as somehow a raised fist of solidarity for older women everywhere. What they mean is it's ok for older women who look like them to dress that way.
I cannot believe the amount of tickets left unsold. And even on TikTok, her die-hard fans - insisting the show is sold out every night - are able to call Ticketmaster just to 'upgrade' their seating as they like.

I think it'll be interesting to see if these issues continue in other venues. The issue I have is that when something is fixed (like those awful pit views), or something is done well, the megafans are happy to go 'Beyonce personally did this for us'. But when something is objectively crap - like tickets dropping to $20 to fill seats, distorted sound, obstructed views on premium tickets - the same fans are going 'it's the venue/Ticketmaster/just bad luck'.
The (lack of) ticket sales really is interesting, though. I've seen the recession blamed, but Oasis sold out in seconds and Olivia Rodrigo/Taylor Swift's tour, too. Now there's a lot of heat on the SoFi stadium... but a setlist with most of her top hits missing, the weird inserting of Blue Ivy and Rumi, etc all makes me think this issue isn't going anyway.

Yes, I am. The reasoning I've seen being used is that 'people can't afford concert tickets in a recession' as the sole reason for low ticket sales. If other concerts of similar sizes and prices ARE selling out in exactly the same economy, then that's not likely to be the issue.
I think there is a valid question to be asked on whether Beyonce is actually producing the tour her fans want to see. While it is the newest - and indeed more sales are likely to come, even if slowly - Cowboy Carter is one of, if not the worst-selling albums of her career. Do fans want to see a tour dedicated to it, or do they just want a greatest hits tour?
People will be paying out of their backsides to get oasis tickets because it's a rarity, likewise they did with Eras tour. This is just a tour of an album, two years after her last tour. It's not major
I'm sure it's still going to gross a huge amount of revenue, it's not going to flop like Katy Perry's tour or anything but it might not have insane resale demand. Which is fine.
I'd like a Destinys Child/Beyonce greatest hits tour. I have no interest in Beyonce's recent music.

I think that's the issue in a nutshell. Her hardcore fans will eat up anything she gives them and say it's great but casuals and those who aren't fans but are more honest have admitted the album is cack. I'm no Taylor fan but doing the Era's tour was a good idea as there would be songs for everyone and even those with just a passing interest would find something to sing along to. I think Beyonce is starting to realise it as well as she changed up some of the songs to include stuff pre-Lemonade.
So fed up of seeing her using her children in her tours. let them have a f-ing childhood
