I really don’t get the appeal of her involving her kids in her tours. Like yeah it’s cute but girly I came to see the main act and that is YOU

Beyoncé has a good vocal (though I don’t feel like she really shows that off in her more recent music) and she’s a good dancer. But beyond that I’m never sure how much of her work is really her. Someone like Taylor Swift (who isn’t nearly as good a singer or dancer) you can see how much she is the driving force behind her work musically, production, thematically. Beyoncé I feel like she’s much more managed. She barely even talks unscripted. Feels very curated. It’s bizarre how they are making Blue into a mini her like they’ll just swap her in to pick up where Beyoncé leaves off at some point. It’s sad she’s only 12. It’s really screw her up.
100% agree re: blue. I felt so sorry for her, watching the halftime show - she didn't smile once, she was stiff and clearly so focused on the moves. And why wouldn't she be, she's 12 years old, it must be terrifying to know the world is watching. But then I saw all the comments on Twitter of 'what a wonderful mother-daughter bonding moment' and 'how amazing that Blue is this talented as such a young age' and I just thought... am I looking at something entirely different?

This photo is supposed to be the first time they met, B being 16 and Jay 28, B told Oprah they were ‘friends’ for a year and half before they went on any dates but they kept in touch on the phone.
To me this just sound like he was waiting until she was legal which is creepy AF 🤢View attachment 3313897
Her story also changes a lot about when they started dating. To me sounds like she was underage and they’re covering it up still. She was groomed but now she’s as bad as him probably

Just can’t get my head around why Blue Ivy needs to be included in the line up of dancers, she was in no way good enough (understandably), very stiff and terrified looking some of the time. Fair enough, she might love dancing but then she should be trained in a formal dance troupe and perform with them until she is genuinely good enough to perform on a massive public scale. It’s so jarring how these VERY average kids are given these opportunities based on very little talent ( aka Beckhams/ North West etc).
She'd never get to do it on her own merit. She doesn't' have 'it'
Even with dance lessons some aren't good enough. Just because you want to do it, doesn't mean you can

Her fans are getting me mad, like, I pay to see Bey singing AND dancing professionally, not to see her daughter who clearly has been rehearsing a lot and does it better that the first time but that's it, just a nepo kid having fun in front of people who spend 200€ for the ticket. The fact that her fans are happy and proud of this like it's natural to groom your child and have her dancing with this wig, nails, heavy make up situation feels so off to me.

And now it's Rumi's turn. FFS.

Their son is seen a lot less than his twin sister too which I think is even stranger.
I’ve seen rumours that he has a disability but that’s purely speculation
People are saying he's autistic, based on the very few sightings of him, in which he is displaying some classic autism traits like hand flapping etc.

I'm kind of on the fence about this actually. I really believe that artists can switch genres, or sounds, and I think they should be recognised in the category that the album/song is in.

But I also thing that country is really unique in that it is more than just a certain 'sound', it's a kind of collective of the grit and resilience of the working class, a set of defined (very Christian) morals focused on hardship and heart over perfection and riches, and a deep connection to a specific landscape.

Beyoncé, on the other hand, to me has always idolised perfection above all else - an almost otherworldly level of polish. She idolises material goods and richness, excess, and 'excellence' through it. Some people seem to love it. Personally I feel like it's easy to be polished and make-up perfect when you're a billionaire. And even though Cowboy Carter has a country twang in terms of surface sound, it doesn't feel country in any other way. It actually feels the opposite to me.

Her sitting jarringly facing the camera on the album cover sums it up - it's objectively beautiful, yes, the horse and her and the outfit is perfectly steamed and ironed and her hair is blowing just right in the wind. She's flawless and untouchable. But if country is about grittiness, roughness, and heart over appearance - then this isn't country.
I live in the US (Georgia) and country music is all over the radio. I can tell you not once did I hear any Beyonce music on any country station. It wasn’t due to racism or anything along those lines, it just didn’t fit on those stations. She was played on pop radio and even on some of the R&B stations, with them either loving the new sound or asking why she switched it up.

Her Grammy was bought and paid for. She’s had better albums and some of the country albums were better than hers, she just got it because of all the hooha Jay made about her never winning one.

Agree there was no pay off in this case. The accuser has confirmed that she made mistakes in her claim on who was there at what time etc. Jay Z had filed an application for leave to to file a motion to dismiss, Jane doe's lawyers opposed this but the application was granted, the motion to dismiss was filed and the matter ultimately withdrawn shortly thereafter, his lawyers have stated publicly that no money changed hands. It is likely this was a money grab case and they realised that the chances of surviving the motion were slim. Lawyers want to be paid so will not continue with cases with a high chance of failure. One of the complaints was that Buzbee had not met and verified the claims of Jane Doe before the filing the case, they probably did not expect Jay Z to fight as hard as he did and this was probably not the case to move forward.
The victim was scared that her name would be released and with no evidence there wasn’t much chance of her winning, sorry but jay z is a predator along with best friend diddy!

and as for the Grammy win he paid for votes so beynoncey would win, that album was shit, bey doesn’t have the star power she once did!

I'm here for this.

Becky? Rachel Roy? She does have great hair.
She seems to be the one everyone pointed to at the time. I remember Rachael Ray the TV Cook was catching flak from Beyonce fans because they thought it was her and they were writing shitty stuff on her social media about it.

Then there was Rita Ora, who tried to get herself involved by posting selfies of herself wearing a lemon necklace and a top similar to one that Beyonce wore in the Lemonade video, knowing it would get people talking, then answering back with shit like 'I will not be bullied' and 'I don't know why you are involving me.' when people did what she knew they would. From gossip going about, they are more of a business now than an actual marriage, and both have flings on the side, Rita being one of them he did have a thing with. She knew it wasn't her Beyonce was on about but wanted attention anyway.

I get the impression they let Blue do whatever she wants. In Beyoncé’s film last year she said Blue asked if she could join her on stage and B said no but Blue persuaded her. A parent saying no should mean no, not no until you beg them to say yes

Blue’s obviously chosen this dress and heavy make up which imo isn’t age appropriate and they’ve agreed to it again. She’ll grow up to be a monster
Blue seems to really love & chase the limelight - she's been on their albums, danced on stage with Beyonce, now voicing a character in this Lion king movie.

I'm very surprised Beyonce is not protecting her more - she knows 1st hand how cruel trolls & media can be.

Also most celeb kids hate the flashing paparazzi cameras but Blue seems to love it going to award shows and now this premiere.

Be interesting to see if she goes to multiple premieres or if it's just this 1 to distract the JayZ gossip

Well Gaga has fallen off music wise big time and Rihanna hasn't had album in nearly 10 years. But it was Beyonce who started doing surprise album releases too.
See, I would put Beyonce in exactly the same category as Rihanna and Lady Gaga. Huge in the early 2010s, now all still doing stuff in some form (movies, make up, music) - but having lost their grip as mega A list celebrities.

So jay z has been spending quite abit of money lately, first it was bey’s Grammy and now it seems the 13 year old victim has “dropped” her case” not jay just paid her off
